Paid only £29 per night so good value. Breakfast was only £7 if paid in advance, not the best buffet but can't knock it for the price. I stayed at this hotel as it was an ideal location for the business meetings I had in the area. Overall decent hotel won reasonable food menu and clean rooms. Didn't use many of the facilities other than the bar which was ok.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last two years prior to attending a dog show the following day; each time I have taken my dog into my room at night without ever being charged extra. Easy to find from the Motorway. Pool and Sauna facilities were a bonus and the room was very pleasant. Unfortunately we managed to book in on the same night a company christmas party had booked in but the festive fun didn't seem to go on too late. Generally a good trip and would recommend the facilities to others.

I booked this hotel some months in advance as I was due to attend the Supreme Cat Show (Crufts for cats!) at the NEC the next day. As a disabled person I needed to rest after my 130 mile journey to the Midlands. Everything was as I expected for this hotel (I try and stay here every year), service was good, friendly staff and a lovely cosy room. As always, I feel that the cost of the wi-fi internet extortionate for 24 hours access, although I would not have been much happier with 12 hours at half the price. The hotel and service were good but unfortunately I will not stay here again due to the costs of the extras. Internet costs £16 for 24hrs, which is just absurd, and I found the food and drink expensive, price certainly doesn't match the quality.

This hotel delivered exactly what we expected. A room for three at a very reasonable price. Only issue was it was very hot overnight and only had a tiny window to ventilate the room. We had a meal in the restaurant which was pretty unexciting but served with a smile.

I chose the hotel as it was convenient. On check in the same thing happened as the previous ,six months ago. I had booked a non smoking and again I was told I had been booked into a smoking. I showed the check in clerck that I had booked a non smoking were she told me this wasent the case form the web site I'd used!!! I simlpy re iterated my request […] and showed her the confirmation. She left me and upon return put the reservation infront of me pointing out the small print which read "requests may not be fulfilled", with that all knowing I'm doing u a favour face.Why she felt the need to project her power over me I do not know but chose to enjoy my evening and not comment, although my collegues were more than keen too.U never get a second chance to make a firt impression and she sure is prity unforgetable.A great tone to set for my visit. The room was ok, the hygeine in the bath room could and should have been better with the last guests hair around the edges of the bath and toilet! Pros: - Online price for one night was very low compared to the displayed tariff in the hotel. - Very close to shops, restaurants + Petrol stations (Restaurants include:- Taybarns (all you can eat+drink for £12), F+B's, Pizza Hut, Burger King. Good experience and convenient for the sights in Coventry. Very good value and excellent food. The leisure club was a big hit with our daughter and helped to make the stay a good one. Not the most picturesque setting but excellent as a base for sightseeting.
