This is more of a upscale business type of hotel. Many clients were wearing suits or business attire. Location is very good with a lot of nightlife and near the MRT. The staff there are nice but lack English skills despite seeing English signs all over the hotel. The hotel gym was excellent and had lots of good weight training equipment for a hotel […] based gym. The gym had the same brand equipment that would be found at a Bally's which was a pleasant surprise. In-room wired complimentary internet access and speed were superb. Breakfast was excellent and a very good selection of items too. One of the light fixtures in my room was intermittently blinking, they never came to fix it despite my 4 night stay there. The carpet was a really badly stained and worn. I was really disappointed that the hotel did not have a common washing machine, drier, ice machine nor any vending machines. When I called reception inquiring about ice, they indicated that they offer ice delivery to your room for NT$95 which I though was ridiculous so I went to buy some ice at the 7-11 across the street for almost nothing! I happened to be touring a lot so I had to take my laundry to a nearby public coin laundry since the hotel didn't offer last minute or late night laundry or a common laundry area. Overall the hotel was very nice but I would rather try another hotel the next time to meet more of my needs. For someone that's looking for a more elegant (posh) hotel this one may fit them perfectly. Read more

The hotel is located in a less-than-desirable location--the nightlife is a bit colorful. Location is about a 6-8 minute walk to the MRT (subway). The room was clean, but the staff was a little challenged on the customer service end. There is NO wi-fi in rooms or in the lobby.

I stayed here 2 nights plenty of restaurants in the area to sample local cuisine I especially enjoyed the night market. There are many vendors at the market and its easy to walk to never worried about my safety. If you’re a bit of a foodie or not it’s fun to sample new thinks. I wish the room has a make up table with mirror because i kept walking back and forth to the bathroom to put on my make up. The room is nice and clean. The hotel staffs were friendly. It's two blocks away from the train station. Over all it's worth the price.

The room I stayed in had plumbing issues from the first day I checked in. Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times each time it was used. That's just 1/4 of the story. Depending on the time of the day and the staff that was working at the time, the people at the front desk can be very rude. This hotel is right by a very busy road at night. A lot of […] bars in the area, which means it's a heavy traffic area for taxis. The hotel does not have double pane window, only single pane window. Which makes the rooms by the road very noisy. I was on the 10th floor and I could still hear the cars honking as if I was walking on the sidewalk. This is a nonsmoking hotel. Somehow, the person next to me was smoking. The smell filtered into my room. When I brought the attention to the front desk, they told me "There wasn't anything they could do, and couldn't move me to a different room". The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants especially Japanese ones. The MRT is within a short walk away.one can get to most parts of the city from here. The hotel itself is a little old and needs refurbishment. However the staff were friendly and service prompt.

When we stayed in the hotel, the outside temp was around 20 C. However, the hotel didnt supply air con but only air ventilation. We felt a bit warm during the night when sleep. It might be saving energy from the hotel point of view.

自家用車移動なのでホテル駐車場が近く、利用しました。中心街の為、何処に行くにも良いと思います。ただ、窓からは隣のビルしか見えませんでした。７度目の台北で2度目の利用、何も問題なく滞在できました。また利用しても良いと思います。

３泊４日の出張で利用しました。 交通の便が良く、コンビニが近くに沢山あり活動の拠点として良いホテルでした。 スタッフはとても感じがよいです。 特に清掃の方は眼を合わせ笑顔で挨拶してくれます。 朝食ブッフェで、オムレツをオーダーで作ってくれ、アツアツで朝からテンションが上がります。 （早い時間でコックさんがいないときがありましたが・・・） 強いて言えば、朝食時の配席の男性スタッフに笑顔が足りない気がします。 残念なことにギリギリで予約したからかお風呂シャワーが固定式でした。 宿泊中、誕生日を迎えたのですが、夜遅く疲れて帰ると部屋にバースデーカードが 届けられていました。異国の地での気遣いに心が和みました。
