BATHROOM HAD PLENTY OF SPOTS WHERE HAIR WAS THERE. CALLED FRONT DESK TO INFORM OF SUCH, THEIR RESPONSE WAS, "THANKS FOR TELLING US". NO OFFER FOR US TO CHANGE ROOMS, OR HAVE OURS RECLEANED. CLEANED IT MYSELF. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THAT MAIN REASON. NEXT DAY, BATHROOM WAS LACKING AGAIN!!!

Could not come up with a single negative thing to say about this hotel!! From the friendly clerk at the reception area, to the spacious room, delicious FREE breakfast (including the omlet station), everything was spot on. AND it's only 2 miles from Bush Gardens. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels to stay at because you have separate rooms for the kids with a pull out sofa and their own TV. The breakfast buffet is amazing and gets you full and ready for the parks and nearby attractions.

Asked for a non-smoking room - it still had a smoke and musty oder. The AC was broken for about 2 hours. The service for towels was poor and very disrepectful. When asking for more towels I felt I was creating a burdend for the atttendant that brought the towels. I would likely stay here or at another Embassy Suites again.

Just a few blocks down the street is Busch Gardens. Leave your car at the hotel and the Hotel will drop you off and pick you up in front of the park! Great service.

Stayed here 2 nights for our visit to Busch Gardens. Nice, clean hotel as expected. Only complaint was a broken shower head...unable to adjust it so water pressure was not the best. Liked having a suite with separate room/TV to spread out. Staff was accommodating. Housekeeping very quick to respond to any request. Hotel restaurant was OK...nothing special, […] but a bit above average. Tons of restaurants nearby so easy to eat elsewhere. The free breakfast (buffet but also chef to prepare eggs upon request) was decent but got quite chaotic around 9AM. Assumed guests were rushing to get to BG around that time so everyone seemed to show up at once! No silverware at buffet line for a good 10 min one day & staff was slow bringing out buffet food when it ran out. Earlier AM breakfast hour much more peaceful. Since parking at BG is $15 a day (& loooong lines for their parking lot trams), we really loved the hotel's free shuttle. Very reliable! Only 5 min drive from BG so when we called for pick up from the park, they showed up quickly. Hotel was a bit pricey in general at $195/night but you're paying for being close to BG (or USF?) basically. Outdoor pool, but unseasonably chilly during our stay so did not swim. I'd consider another hotel if it was cheaper & good quality since there are so very many to choose from in the area. But the free shuttle to BG was the deciding factor for us! Read more

We had a nice visit. The breakfast was very good. And its always nice to have two rooms, especially when traveling with kids. But it was a bit overpriced - not great value for money actually.

I was looking for a decent hotel that was not too expensive. Embassy Suite met this criteria. The room is clean and the service people were very helpful. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suite near Busch Garden.

The whole 4th floor was under consruction. Sledgehammer and noise all day long.

Wonderful stay! Breakfast was great and snack time in the evening with free drinks was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a great choice for the money, the location and the acommodations. It was very clean and the room was excellent. Bedding was spotless and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. The breakfast was top-notch and rivaled any Denny's, Bob Evans […] or Cracker Barrel...and it is free! The evening cocktail hours were excellent as well and they even served nibbles...also free! This hotel was right in the heart of everything we wanted to do and we will stay there again on our next trip to Tampa. Read more

Great hotel and we will be back. Our air conditioning unit wasn't working great. We didn't say anything because we were only there one night and our two young children were already sleeping.

It was a nice experience. We loved the happy-hour and the breakfast, both included. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient for those interested on going to Bush Gardens.

Check in was fast and quick. Got to room and found the air was off so it was very warm and musty smelling. Turned air all the was down but really didnt work that great and the smell never went away. Rooms interior was old and looking pretty shabby. Had to send for new sheet and blanket for pullout. They looked very unclean. Free breakfast was good and […] the staff are very nice and helpful. There are not alot of good hotels near Busch gardens but this one is so close and right on USF grounds. You would think they would invest a little in the hotel for all the family and business people that wold come back. I wont until they fix it up a little. Read more
