Upon arrival we were told that they had overbooked and our family suite was no longer available, we were bummed out but only for about 2.3 seconds since they then told us we had been given two rooms instead, with inter joining doors. Kids loved it and they had the best vacation ever.

We love the Ashland House! The breakfast, business center and pub next door are great. Just wish the bed was more firm - it was difficult for us to sleep there.

The hotel was clean and close to everything we needed during our stay. We were disappointed in the lack of internet access in the room. Also, the sauna was out of order during our stay.

We spent the night here while passing thru and we would have slept better and been more comfortable if we would have slept in our car. There was no breakfast and the beds were like trampolines and the pillows sucked. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

The room I was given was a non smoking room but when I walked in it smelled like a smoing room. Airconditioner just barely kept up. Found dead bug in bathroom. This is a old run down motel.

Hotel was value priced and we knew we only needed to have a place to sleep. Would not recommend to someone needing to relax and get away. Hairdryer did not work. Hotel staff very polite and friendly.
