Better than you might expect based on its outward appearance. Very homey and unique on the inside with well-updated rooms. And it's tough to beat the location in a great downtown area that has a noticeable lack of conveniently-located hotels.

We arrived earlier then check in time, since our room was ready they let us check in, which we didn't expect as all we were going to do is park our car as we were meeting family to ride with. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean place and comfortable bed.

The rooms were clean and decent sized. No microwave or refrigerator which really has become a standard that we all expect anymore. The night staff was okay, the morning staff was excellent. Breakfast was very simple.

The first night was terrible since our air conditioner broke and it was hot all night. Granted, we could've probably asked for a new room but it was late and we didn't feel like moving. They did fix it the next day, but from then on I couldn't get the air conditioning set so that I wasn't freezing. It was always either too hot or too cold and nothing […] in between. I didn't sleep well for that week. The blankets weren't very thick and I'd ask for an extra one or bring my own next time. The desk person was extremely help for us in that we needed to print something off the hotel computer, but couldn't do it since it couldn't read pdf's so he printed it off on the computer behind the desk instead. Then he was nice enough to fax the papers for us too--all of this resulted in our offer being accepted for a house so we were very grateful for the help! The hotel is located near the railroad tracks but the noise didn't bother us (then again, we live near railroad tracks at home so we might just be used to it). The hotel is right next door to a diner so that was nice if you didn't want to walk anywhere for dinner. The front desk can give you a sheet of paper with a list of restaurants and there are a couple pizza places in town that deliver as well. The only bad part to this motel was that they do not turn the heat on in your room so when we came in at 7pm we had to wear our coats for the forst half hour whil the room heated up. Other than that a great place to stay.

This hotel was not outstanding, but it was comfortable and had a convenient location for a family on a roadtrip wanting to rest for a night. The Hotel was clean overall, and the location is near the highway so it is very accessible. However, there is nothing much to see around the hotel.

Needed a room not too far from Yellowstone. This place was clean and comfortable. The pricing is quite high, but that seemed to be the trend anywhere within a 100 mile radius of the park! Also, try out the cafe just North of the motel, very good as well.

Our stay at this motel was great! The service was wonderful - plenty of towels in the room (most places have only 1 towel set per person), great breakfast, and the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures. They didn't scrimp on anything (lots of little extras) and the price was very reasonable. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingston.
