DO NOT STAY at this Days Inn! It looked like the child of a murder scene and meth den. I am not exaggerating. The door had marks of where it was rammed in by the police.

When I checked in, the guy at the counter was friendly. He told me they were in the process of doing rennovations so the entire first floor was not usable for guests, which is fine with me, I am able-bodied. He gives me an end room (was SO thankful for that initially). When I get into my room, and go into the bathroom, the tub has RUST in it, the towels […] were DIRTY, the toilet hadn't been cleaned (yet the maid had put a "sanitized" label around it)... There were no outlets to plug in a phone or computer except in the bathroom, not that you could use your computer anyway since the wi-fi didn't work in that room. I was supposed to stay for two nights, but I cancelled the second night because I knew I would not have been able to shower. I did go down and ask the guy about the rust, and all he said was "Sorry." No offer or attempt to find a more decent room, no offer to discount or give my money back so I could go elsewhere, NOTHING. I believe I was the only guest there... I never saw another person there besides the front desk staff. In the end, until they are done rennovatin and replace just about everything in these rooms, DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk staff won't help you, and you will be disgusted and feel dirty no matter how clean you are. Read more

Check in staff was very friendly, but when we got into the room, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. And there was a couple of dead crickets beside our bed which means it wasn't vacuumed. The room was very small and the tv was missing a remote. Only one lamp out of five were working. They had a coffee maker, with sugar and cream, but failed […] to provide any coffee. We had stayed at this same location last year on our way through from Kansas to San Fran and had found it small, but clean and neat. This time was not at all the experience that we were expecting, or that we so deperately needed after crossing through 5 states to get there. There was no coffee maker, the hairdryer didn't work, the handle in the shower […] was broken so we were unable to get hot water, the toilet paper was so thin that it fell apart in your hands, and the toilet seat didn't fit so you were rest on the rim when you were using the restroom....yuck! Convenient to the interstate and located near a restaurant and fuel station. The building appeared to be rather old and was in the process of being renovated. The room was okay and appeared to be clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful in giving directions to points of interest. We would probably stay there again should we go that way.

This lodging needs considerable attention. Interior and exterior maintenance sorely lacking. Carpets need cleaning, swimming pool obviously out of commission for some time, ice machine and breakfast juice machine not in service, exterior paint needed, etc. Staff was courteous but didn't have much to work with at this tired facility.

On check in, was advised that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in the rooms. Later learned that the ice machine wasn't working. On return from our round trip to LA, we stayed in another hotel in the area for less cost and had free Wi-Fi, ice machine, etc. It even cost less. This is probably the dumpiest hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all the room smelled completely like urine. I was so overwhelmed by the smell that I had a hard time falling asleep. I would have simply stayed somewhere else but I was traveling and had driven for 17 hours and I was simply to tired. The staff was very friendly! The accomodations left a lot to be desired. The bed was a rock and the combination of that and the volume of the air conditioner made it really hard to sleep. The pool was closed for repair (this was early September, 110 degrees). It was an ok place in a pinch, but if you can, stay somewhere else.

First motel I've stayed in that had a list of all available places to eat and a recommendation from staff of WHERE TO eat. Recommendation was escellent, as was the food. I reserved 4 rooms and we all arrived at diffrent times the receptionist was very rude to all of the memebers in my party. There was no Ice at all during my stay even though it was over 100 degrees the entire duration of my stay. There was no hot water during the stay. All 9 of the members in my party stated that when they took showers that it was cold […] water and that there was never any warm water. Even in 100 degree heat you need warm water! The pool was closed during the trip. The rooms all looked like they had not been cleaned very well. My mother even found a used bandaid on the bathroom floor. We stayed here because it was cheap and not too far from where the Bullhead City Regatta was being held. The desk clark was nice, but that's all the good I can say for this hotel. I arrived in the evening, excited to get out of the heat, however when I opened the door to my room it was stifling hot inside. I turned on the pathetic little a/c unit and took a long shower. Inside the tub was alot of mildew. Also, when I got out of the tub, i discovered the […] curtain rod was barely held up and I literally fell out with the rod in my hand. After an hour i was still sweating. Then I went to ask for an extra pillow or two for my 8 months pregnant wife, and was denied. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel staff was great. The accomodated our late check in and our late check out. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We got to enjoy the waterpark, which is in walking distance, and only 2 dollars/ea. Easy freeway access. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

The location is very convenient, close to freeway, walking distance from restaurant. The room I was in really needed remodeling, the tiles in the bathroom were old and "rusty", the bath tub must have been the first ever prototype. There was a weird smell in the room. It was clean but definitely very old, the bed was not comfortable.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever booked. It was so filthy we did not end of staying there, therefore we ended up paying twice for the same nights. The curtains were stained and falling from the curtain rods, the carpets were stained and not vacuumed, cobwebs in the corners, bathtub and toilet were filthy. The rooms were filthy. It looked like the carpets hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were stains on the sheets and on the floor, complete with toe nail clippings. Don't know if this hotel is "typical" for Needles, CA but it was a dump and overpriced in my opinion. On the bright side -- I didn't see any bugs, the management was VERY nice and they took dogs -- so if you're exhausted and just want to sleep and leave -- it'll work!

Where to start... at check in the girl at the desk was nice, but once we pulled up to our room it went downhill fast. First, the room next door and most of the hotel appeared vacant, but the door was wide open and it was about 8pm. Then, inside the room, the floor didn't look vacuumed, it smelled horrible, the furniture was very beat up, and the bathroom...!! […] There was extensive water damage that had been painted over on one of the walls, there were cracked and moldy tiles on the floor, mold in the shower, and the shower temperature would fluctuate frantically. It would be luke warm, and then suddenly insanely scalding hot. Also, at about 5am someone ran water in the hotel and all of the walls started vibrating. After that, we got up and got the heck out of there as early as we could. The ONLY plus side of this hotel is that, if you like Denny's, the Denny's right across the street offers 10% off if you bring in your room key. Read more

Stayed twice in same room (coincidence) over a 10 day period. Room was old and fairly shoddy. It is purely a budget motel. If you are looking for modern and ultra clean do NOT stay here. If you want a bed and decent breakfast...cheap...it fits the bill fine.

This motel (or at least our room) should be shut down for remodeling and redecorating. While it was clean, it was rather shabby. Draperies needed some hooks replaced, the back was coming off a night stand, bedspread should be replaced. Also, there were no darkening shades, so that light from the outside shown in above the drapery rod.
