"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.
"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

We reserved a non-smoking jacuzzi room. Unfortunately as soon as we entered the room it was very obvious that people had been smoking in the room. We went back down to the front desk and they assured us that the room was a non-smoking room. A staff member came and sprayed the room but it did not help. As non-smokers, we DID NOT want to stay in a room […] where it smelled like smoke. Read more

"Convenient and comfortable"
For the price that we got a room at, which was very cheap, this hotel stay was quite nice. Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt at ease for our whole stay. It was an overall nice hotel.
the hotel and the room were very good. Rate for that time of the year was excellent & a nice breakfast was served.

"Great Hotel!"
Close to everything. No car needed. Parking at hotel was $10.00. Didn't know about that, but being so close to restaurants, etc. was worth it. Will definately come back when we can stay longer.

"We enjoyed our stay here"
Probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

"Location"
Very Nice Loaction
"elevator"
The hotel was excellent the only thing that would make it spectacular is if the elevator went a little faster it was very slow to arrive. otherwise stellar service cleanliness etc
"Good location, paper thin walls"
Very easy to find hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted quickly and promptly. Great location within walking distance of the main strip. The hotel has only one elevator. We were set up on the seventh floor so that was moderately annoying. The walls are paper thin. The room next to us had a screaming baby for a good portion of the evening (stopped screaming […] at about midnight, and started again at 7am). You can hear everything going on in the halls. Woke up several times in the night from loud noises. It's not a bad hotel but for the price we were expecting a bit more. Read more

"A great hotel near the falls"
My wife and I were very impressed with our stay at your wonderful hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the continental breakfast had a very nice selection of a variety of foods and beverages (cereals, breads, milk, coffee, juice and fruits...to name a few). The location is a short walk away from just […] about everything, including a 8-10 minute walk to Niagra Falls. The cost was very resonable for our 2 night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near the falls. Thanks again for making our first trip to the falls a wonderful time! Brian from Ohio Read more

"A good choice!"
When I was choosing a hotel to stay at for our vacation, my wife and I read the previous reviews about this hotel before deciding. The reviews were mixed and I was a bit leery but I booked our stay for 3 nites. I have to tell you that reviews are not always correct. You have to sometimes take a chance yourself and go for it. My wife and I are glad that […] we did because the hotel, the room, the location, the buffet breakfast were great. The hotel is near everything and the staff was very accommadating. Botton line is WE WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!! Read more

"close to the everything"
This hotel was good my friend husband said he want to go to Days Inn next time,we spent a few days at another hotel in Town
"Disappointing !"
The hotel is well located but the room was not very clean. We found hair and dust. The room was very large but the walls were very thin, we have heard well our neighbors, and HOW noisy they were ! incredible. Well breakfast.
very pleasant.
W had a great time on our mini vacation at Niagra Falls our stay at the Days Inn was awesome. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We will definitly go back next summer

"good location...bad internet..thin walls"
My stay here was a good stay. Service was good.the beds were good And soft. The internet would not work. Also the walls were paper thin soi heard drunks all night. Also the lighting did not work well either. The location is great. For the price u can't expect more
"great stay"
Our stay at the Days Inn was great would go again in a minute. The only drawback is the price of food in the area mainly the Dennys next door. Not only was the prices high but the food is terrible.
"great hotel at a good price"
Rooms were kind of small, but very nice
"Excellent hotel"
I was hesitant about this hotel due to some reviews I read. There is nothing to be worried about. It was a great hotel for a great price. The location was excellent and our room was perfect. For breakfast (which seemed to be a big complaint), they had cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, bread, coffee, juice, and milk. We were extremely happy with this hotel! […] I will be visiting it again. "Days Inn Near the Falls - Convenient location"
I loved the fact that is was so close to the Falls. We were able to walk to the Skylon Tower and then over to the Falls, and then shop at the little stores nearby. The condition of the hotel wasn't the best, a little run down looking and some funky smells in the elevator. But for the price we got the room for two nights was pretty good. So i can't complain […] to much. Besides we are only at the hotel to sleep at night, so it serves it's purpose well. Read more
"Days Inn Near the Falls"
I had expected a plain room for the price paid to stay at this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, the cleaning staff was cheerful and accommodating when asked to return just a little later. The room itself was large, very clean, and tastefully decorated. (No cottage-furniture patterns […] on the bed clothes or curtains). The hotel is a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls and the price surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely return. Read more
Very clean, well-stocked breakfast, friendly staff. Farther away than some hotels but very doable walk to the falls.
"Days INN Near the Falls - Labor Day Weekend '10"
My wife and I stayed at this hotel in a King non-smoking room for an anniversary. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. AC worked well. The walls were thick and we only heard noises from the hallway a couple fo times (pretty good considering it was Labor Day weekend). The pool/jacuzzi/sauna area was small but fine because only my wife and I […] were using it. The workout room consists of a treadmill and an elliptical so don't expect much there. The service was up to par and the continental breakfast was well-maintained. One downside is the TV - there are very few channels available (but who needs TV in Clifton Hill?). I would recommend Days Inn Near the Falls to anyone looking to stay in a nice hotel at an economical price. Read more
"Days Inn Near the Falls: very conveniently located"
Very close--walking distance to Maid of the Mist, and other places in Niagara Falls. Having the indoor pool and continental breakfast were also reasons why we picked this hotel.
"Over priced bargain"
The hotel was nice, the pool was small and over chlorinated and the wireless hi speed was not there, the only access i had to wireless service was by asking the travel lodge to allow me to use their service, and they where happy to help me do so and offer a discount at Travel lodge next time i go to Niagara. The room was large however it was under furnished, […] it felt empty. The staff was friendly and it entire building felt clean. Read more
"Hotel itself is OK, but not worth the price."
I realize that this is Niagara Falls, so everything is over-priced, but for a few dollars more we could have stayed at the Radisson... We should have. First off, the service is fine. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, friendly, and attentive. So this review is more about the value of the hotel as we experienced it. Parking was a problem […] almost the whole stay. It was a weekend, so we constantly had to go behind the hotel 1/4 of a block away and park in their extra lot. It's not a bad walk, but definitely not convenient. The room was a little dated and had some signs of wear, The chairs had torn upholstery, and the bathroom had caulk squirted into every crack without any skill. There was also a distinct stale smell in the room and since we couldn't open the window, we had to endure that the whole time. Lastly, it was NOISY! I know that this isn't the hotel's fault, but we could hear guests talking, slamming doors, running, and laughing in the hallways late into the night (or early morning), and then again, early the next morning. This just tells me rooms are not well insulated from noise, and that there is no policy about keeping noise down at night.... Or it's not enforced. Anyway, we didn't sleep much because of this all of the three nights we were there. I carry a portable media player to keep my toddler happy in hotel rooms, but the TV in this room did not have any input connections of any type. That's not a negative, just a fact in case anyone else needs to plug something in. Now the positives: Other than signs of age and poor repairs, the room was very clean. I hate going to hotels and finding my socks and feet are black from walking in the room without shoes. That was not the case here. The white linens were fresh and had a clean feel to them. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had two queen beds and not even my pregnant wife had any complaints about the beds. There are two elevators in the hotel, and although they are both slow, it Read more
