"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.
"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

"Very nice hotel except for parking fee!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
This hotel will not disappoint. It's beautiful, clean, close to falls and has friendly helpful employees. Only problem was I wasn't expecting to pay an additional $12.00 + tax per night for outdoor parking! FYI, if you make a local call from your room you'll be charged $1.00 per call. Food was a little pricey but very good. Will definately stay there again.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

"Nice for the price"
Close to all attractions. Nice rooms. Loved the pool and hot tub. Only downside is the parking charge. Shouldn't be charged to park when we are paying for the room.
Hotel was walking distant to all the activities on Clifton Hill, not too please with the room it but I got what I paid for.
"Its gross"
breakfast is gross, bedsheets are disgusting, heater is broken on a snowing day, shower water is warm, etc. I would gladly pay extra to stay elsewhere.

It was New Years Eve on Clifton Hill. We new not to expect too much. I said "yes" ro recommending, but only if I told my friends what it was like. It was the last hotel I could book.
"Always stay here!"
My husband and I always stay here when we come to Niagra. The staff is always great, Location is the best and for the amount of time we actualy stay in the room it is perfect for us. Yes it is not the newest hotel down there but we never have any complaints.
"enjoyable"
Very enjoyable stay. Beds comfortable and room quite. Did NOT like the $11.63 am. parking surcharge.
"Days Inn Clifton Hill Ca."
The overall stay was nice-area fine dining was very pricey, but there was tremendous amount of variety.Issue at hotel-complimentary breakfast hours too short 7;30-9;30,we missed it by 10 minutes- nothing left
Good location. Good hotel. Pretty clean, although one of the "clean" towels had a gross stain on it. You have to pay for parking, which sucks.
"Clifton Hill Days Inn - Convenient, Affordable"
My recent stay at Clifton Hill was wonderful. Very friendly staff and one of the most convenient locations for the price! The room's amenities were a little dated but were functional. I am not a picky consumer so this didn't bother us. If you are looking to get out of the states for a night, I recommend this hotel because it is located right behind […] Casino Niagra and Clifton Hill, with a short walk to the falls. Read more

"One block from Niagara Falls"
It was ok. I was quite annoyed that parking isn't free and no one told me until I checked out.
"Days Inn North of the Falls"
Good hotel except the beds were very uncomfortable, hopefully this was just our room at the time.
"Great Location"
This hotel is located in a great area and easy walking distance to all of the attractions.
I rated this a 5 in all catagories not because it is a 5 star hotel but because it is as advertised, a clean room in the heart of The Falls. Great room for the price!
"Okay but nothing special"
The hotel looks very nice from the outside. Our television did not work, and when the room next door showered at 6am it woke us up because it was so loud in our room.
"Great Stay"
The hotel staff was a little less than friendly upon our initial registration but the room was in a great location for Clifton Hill and was very nice.
"good hotel for the price"
This hotel has a little ware but for the price and location I think it can be overlooked. I stayed in 3 hotels in the falls area this 1 and 2 others which where much more expansive. This one had the best customer service out of them all and it's right at the top of Clifton Hill and real close all the fun family things. Great value, cheap parking and […] a lots of space in the hotel room. room type: Tower Two Queen Suite Read more

"Days Inn Canada-Niagara Falls"
Excellent location and very helpful staff from time of check in up to time of check out. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Clean linens! The price was well worth it! The manager and staff were very professional and extremely helpful - telling us where to go. By the way, don't go to the steakhouse, next to the hotel, it […] is extremely expensive - $55.00 for a steak . . . I don't think so! But everything concerning the hotel was very good. Read more

"Days Inn Clifton Hill Casino"
I read the reviews and was very scared. My family consists of 6 people and I wanted a suite. I was very impressed with the service, room was excellent and everything was neat and clean. it was less than1 minute walk to CliftonHills attractions and we were in and out of places back to our room in less than a minute. If you are planning to go to Niagara […] Falls, Days Inn Clifton Hill casino is where you need to stay and trust me you will be happy. Read more

"Days Inn Clifton Hill"
If you 're not too concerned with a view of the falls then this is the place to stay. I have stayed at other hotels for mainly the view and have had to pay up to 200+ and although the hotel was pristine, and the service was great, and the view was great , the hotel was small and not very well equipped. The Days Inn Clifton Hill was surprisingly large […] for the money , it had two t.v. sets and a separate sofa area to watch t.v. which made the room feel less claustrophobic, perfect for multiple nights stay.Another nice surprise was the mini fridge and the microwave but missing was a in suite coffee maker and an ironing board. The hotel and the room are in need of some renovations though , and although the hotel is conveniently located close to the attractions and restaurants and not too far from the falls, the surrounding area is a little shabby but was not an issue really. "LOUD!!!"
Wow, apparently this is the hotel to go to if you want to party uninterrupted all night long. Despite our repeated calls to the front desk and assurances to the contrary, no one at this hotel did anything to get the partyers next door to us to be quiet. We were there with our young daughters and it was an awful night. The hotel itself was nice, enjoyed […] a swim in the pool and the location is very convenient to all the local attractions. However, this seems to be a good choice for underage Americans bent on drinking and yelling at all hours. Would NEVER go back to this hotel. Read more
I will never go back there. The rooms are smelling, the service is poor. And the receptionists are unfriendly. But the locaation is great. But next time for 30 dollars more I will take better hotel.
"Days Inn Clifton Hill Casino - Niagara Falls"
We were a family of 5 adults and one baby and as we were gong to be in Niagara for only one night we did not want to spend a fortune on two hotel rooms or on the larger "falls view" hotels so after reading many reviews, I chose Days Inn on Clifton Hill. I was very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is in a great location near to everything there is […] to see in Niagara. We checked in after a long...LONG drive and realised there were no towels in the room. I called down to the desk and in SECONDS... two armful of towels appeared at the door. We were able to walk to the Falls and watch the firework show, grab a bite to eat and enjoy the games at Midland until the wee hours. Afterwards we went back to the hotel put baby and grand parents to bed, and went back out to enjoy the nightlife. The area felt very safe as there was a lot of police presence all over and lots of lights, we were not worried at all. People may complain about the $10 parking but after we checked out the next day we were allowed to keep the car in the carpark for the entire day whilst we went around sightseeing and touring. It was way cheaper than the $20-$25 day parking passes at the other locations. Everyone in my family thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and gladly recommend it. Read more
"Hotel room not what advertised, stuck in courtyard"
Although this hotel is in a good, close location it was not the room advertised nor pictured. They have two parts the tower and the courtyard and their site shows the tower facility. Cords filthy dirty on blow dryer, tile bathroom floor and edges dirty, no wi-fi as advertised. only in the tower!!! Misrepresented themselves with non hotel.com staff. […] Hugely disaggoining. "Days Inn Clifton Hill"
Don't be fooled by the pictures on the sight. You see the hotel, which is where you believe you will stay but you will end up staying in the rear of the main building and be aware you might be close to the big trash compactor which stinks. The air conditioner leaks in all rooms and if you have carpet it will make the room smell. Otherwise the hotel […] is centrally located to everything if you are just looking for a place to put your head down for the night. Read more
$10 for parking is a rip off!
"Days Inn Clifton Hill Casino"
Good place to stay. you have access to everything Clifton hill has to offer.
"days Inn Clifton Hill Casino"
Nothing fancy but clean. Staff helpful. Location is excellent...close to everything.
"Differences in booking through Hotel.com"
I made the reservation through hotels.com. I was not informed that we would have to pay for parking. There is a small lot around the hotel including basement parking and it would have been helpful if hotels.com had informed me of the same. While the hotel staff was friendly and one of them even helped with our luggage and allowed me to print some necessary […] documents, they did not inform us that we could get a discount at the Applebee's attached to the hotel. They said it was only available to people who booked directly through the hotel. At the Applebee's we had a large party of people on the first day. While the waitress was helpful, she did not offer us a discount even after being told that we were staying at the hotel. Only the next day did another waitress inform us about the discount. On asking her why we were not told about the discount or offered it the previous day, she said it is the restaurant's policy not to mention it to the guests unless they ask for it. I felt the waitstaff overall could be more open and friendlier in their service. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant if you were not staying at the hotel. Read more

"Close to all the fun"
This hotel was within walking distance to all the fun of Clifton Hill. Free parking, a pool, and a sauna were just extras. The room was clean and very comfrortable. We were on the ground floor and never heard anyone upstairs or on the sides of us. Would recommend this to others.

The location was very accessible and had a great stay.
The hotel was OK. The guests were partying all night, and were the cause of a short nights sleep. We checked out a day early. We would not stay there again.
No cold drinking was availble,no possibility of making your own morning tea if one wishes to. Francis
