Personnel extremely pleasant and helpful. Shower not up to par. The hand held shower was to low when keeping it in place. Not as many TV stations as hoped for. (Fox News Channel for instance.) Breakfast was what I usually have in the morning, so that was fine.

The wifi is a bit shoddy, but it's close to Monrovia Canyon Park (where I went hiking for the weekend). The room was clean. A pretty good hotel for the price.

The rooms had a bad odor and several stains on carpet,bed skirt torn and reds stains visible on bed matress also I asked the front desk to address the toilet paper in the sink and toothpaste on mirror and hairs all over the bath floor it was not cleaned and this is before we occupied the room.

Carpet was stained. Shower tub stopper was loose, shutting down the outlet drain. Two of the light switches were not working and one of the lamps was not working. Even after complaining about those, no one attended the problems.

Terrible hotel. Had to switch to three different rooms. First room hadn't even been cleaned yet, second room they moved us to had dirty pantys hanging off the beds baseboard. I was horrified and disgusted with this place and scared for the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. Do not stay here.

I asked for a street level, non-smoking room because my wife broke her hip. They put us on the 2nd floor in a room with worn out furniture. I expressed my displeasure with the front desk but got the usual, "sorry, all bottom rooms are booked." I am not happy about this stay.

Overall we were very disappointed. The Days Inn has a decent reputation so we thought it would be a go however the room itself was pretty bad. Overall the hotel is ok, just like any other hotel for the most part. The bed was comfortable enough and it had internet what else do you need? However apparently this is a smoking hotel, which I didn't realize even exists anymore. There is a sign stating you are allowed to smoke and there were ash trays all over my room so it was obviously allowed. […] The problem is the room stunk, badly. There was obviously years of smoke soaked into everything in that place. I figured I just didn't realize I booked a smoking room since their so rare who would have even thought to check, but now that I'm home I see it specifically said non-smoking on my reservation. The first room had a drapery draw cord that didn't work and the drape was hanging off the end of the bent metal slider. We were moved to a second room that had dry urine at the base of the toilet and a mold build up in the shower and shower curtain. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. The walls were past due for a paint and wallpaper job. The bathroom sink wasn't even level. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a light out over the vanity when we arrived and they fixed it right away. The staff was very courteous. I'll keep this factual as to my "visit" to this poor excuse for a motel. My room was absolutely disgusting.I was too tired and it was to late for me to check into another room. Then, there was a full on fist fight in the room next to me. I went to use the room phone to call the front desk, dead as a door nail. No dial tone, not a sound. I went to the […] front desk, extremely rude people, as if I was bothering them. I was then switched to another room that was in worse condition! Once again, too tired, too late. So I spend the night in misery. For that I am paying the price, BED BUGS (disgusting)! In addition to, the heater didn't work in either room and when I turned on the fan, it smelled rotten. There is a mild stench in both rooms, come to discover it was the moldy mattress in both rooms and bed bugs in the later. The doors had zero weather seal and you could total see the parking lot lights through the doors. It rained during my stay and the hallway ceiling leaked in several places like a waterfall. I was disturbed by the extension cord that was dangling from the roof. Frayed, just hanging there. The so called continental breakfast, right. A box of Eggo waffles and some cheap muffins with a stale cereal dispenser. It was a total let down. But consistent with the rest of the facility. I will never stay here again based purely on health, safety and sanitation reasons. I suggest you don't either. Read more

On the first evening of my stay the desk person double booked my room. About 10:30 PM I was woken up to someone trying to walk into my room. A few minutes late the front desk calls a asks who I am & why am I in the room. The gentleman was very rude & wanted me to get out of bed & come down to the front desk with my credit card, driver's license, & proof […] of the Hotels.com resevation. I told him to look it up himself hung up & went back to bed. The next evening the hotle was only about 1/2 booked but they was a wedding party booked in the rooms next to mine. They partied outside of their rooms until 12:30 AM. I needed to get up at 3:45 the next morning. When I finally was tired of waiting for the neighbors to quite down & called the front desk about 11:30 PM, the same front desk person who was rude to me the night before asnwered the phone, his response was just to not worry about it & they would be finished up with their partying & noise very soon. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Read more
