Overall my stay was good. Perfect for short business trip. Want to give kudos to the young lady who checked me in. After a long day of driving I got unreasonably irate when my first keycard would not work and she handled it admirably.

I was visiting in town and didn't need anything fancy, just a place to sleep overnight. Location was great for where I needed to be and was easy to access off the highway. The person at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good. i was very disapointed when we got there... the pool's water was cold and they had the air conditioner on.. so my kids were freezing, we couldn't enjoy it at all. the room looked very old, the bed was not comfortable at all, and the "hot breakfast" it's a joke... they were heating it up in a little microwave.. frozen bisquets and pastries cold ( fridge), […] the gravy was cold, we just decided to go have breakfast somehere else... The bed was way too hard, the tv kept flickering, and the shower curtain was moldy. On a positive note, the rooms were quiet, and the water pressure was good. All in all it was decent for the price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was not open and our first room did not have a working heater. Management was quick to change our room. Continental breakfast was fair, no fresh fruit but adequate for a morning wake-up before our visit to the Museum of Native American History. Plan on coming back here again.

Our housekeeping was poor. One day we came back and the room was not even touched, the beds were still unmade. They advertise an indoor pool but fail to tell you that there is no heat for the indoors and the pool is not heated also. So I consider that false advertisement. In town to visit family, only stayed at hotel to sleep. Very close to the interstate but traffic noise was not noticeable. TV picture was not great but good enough to watch a show. Bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous. Will stay again.

Horrible, got there at 3 am to sleep for a few hours on a trip, it was 31 degrees outside and went to take a shower and had no hot water. Sink drain was plugged also.

We were looking for a cheap stay in Bentonville while visited Crystal Bridges Museum and the Walmart Visitor Center. The rate we got was very reasonable. The room was pretty basic, including a fridge and microwave, but you had to look hard for enough outlets for computer plug-ins, etc. The in-room Wifi was slow and intermittent. The breakfast (included) […] was pretty low-end, and if you care about a good breakfast, go elsewhere. This hotel is right next to a major highway, so it was noisy. Ask for a room on the side opposite the highway, if you decide to stay here. It was a few miles' easy drive to the downtown area of Bentonville, where there are some nice stores and restaurants, as well as the Walmart Visitor Center and the trailhead to walk to Crystal Bridges. Our stay was very enjoyable I was close to all or any conveniences ineeded and family. The room was cleaned and attended to even late in the day when we wanted to sleep in. Shopping was close by along with many choice dining areas. The staff were excellent in fullfilling our needs throughout our stay. THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR SUCH GOOD SERVICE!

check-in time said 2, we got in a little early 1.15 couldnt check-in as no rooms avail. The handle was missing of the shower valve making it hard to operate. Toilet wouldnt flush so had to go get plunger, pop-up in sink wasnt working to had to dip hand in water and pull it up to let water out. sheets were on inside out and toliet was very slow, we were upstairs and hard to get to room, no elevator and we are elderly and no help getting luggage to room, no offers from staff to help at all.

Unpleasant odor in room. Commode did not work. Water was turned off to commode. When it was turned on, there was an obvious leak. They moved us to another room, but it was inconvenient to say the least after a long day of travel.
