I was told by Hotels.com we would have a bottom level room for handicap access, but when I checked in at 9pm they said they had no info about that and put us on 3rd floor far from elevator. We requested a no smoking room, and clearly it had been a smoking room (has ashtray on night stand). At 3am neighbors came back with many people and partied all […] night and kept us awake. Upon entering my room. I immediately noticed that one of the beds was sitting on cinder blocks, the carpets were severely stained, the comforters had numerous cigarette burns, the walls were marked with stains and holes. The shower didn't have any hot water. I called the desk and told them I was moving to a different hotel.

I was just there for one night, in town for a concert. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Shower worked great and the hot water did not run out during a long shower. Other patrons did not impede on my experience. Public transportation was readily available and very convenient to utilize in place of renting a car.

The receptionist was VERY nice. The outside of the hotel had us a little worried. However, the inside was very clean and everything worked fine. It was within walking distance to the stadium, which we did. Also very close to downtown shopping!

My Wife and I came out to Denver, CO from Las Vegas. I was out there to get a lot of specialized testing at NJH. We got there on a Friday and on Monday my wife got sick with altitude sickness and was admitted to the hospital from Monday through Tuesday after this bad situation it gets worse. On Tuesday evening 911 was called and the paramedics were […] dispatched to the hotel for me for an asthma attack/ anaphalactic reaction. I was in the hospital from Tuesday to Thursday. During all this time the hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond what normal hotels will do to make sure we were all taken care of and doing okay. Another thing was that if you feel or hear something the makes you think something is wrong my wife called down to the front desk because she heard a loud scream and they sent somebody to investigate within 2 min. so they take there guests safety seriously which is another plus. The fire alarm was missing/broken. The carpet was peeling, the bathroom wall had a stain from a leak, the sheets were full of cigarette burn holes (we were in a non-smoking room), the fan in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, and the front door had no weather stripping.

We arrived thirty minutes after our check in time, our room wasn't finished for an hour afterward. However we didn't know our room wasn't done so when we walked in we got to see the multiple condoms strung about the room, brown substance on the bed, and white fluid about the walls and mirror. Our shower did not drain, our smoke detector was missing, our outlet on one wall containing the tv did not work, the hair dryer was broke the grout in the bathroom tile was absolutely filthy, we were afraid to come in contact with surfaces in the room. We attempted to get a room elsewhere, to no avail. The neighborhood is sketchy at best, rooms with permanent shady looking characters, we saw a camera tri-pod set up. There was severe water damage in our friends room as well as wall paper peeling off the wall in a three foot section. Severe structural concerns, security lock on our door was busted, door appeared to have been kicked in as the new trim was noticeable. I would recommend paying the extra bucks to stay ANYWHERE else. This has been the most scary and horrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel in the United States!!!! I was in (Denver Colorado) The 'hotel' looks totally filthy from the outside. The clerks are confused in performing the registration tasks and gave me a non-activated key. Upon arrival the plumbing was off...a pipe broke. At 10 pm....came back on after 12 am! Hookers and drug dealers all over the place. While the overall rating of this hotel is "satisfied" we were worried for our vehicle and selves during this stay. There is constant trafic of people coming and going all night long. First of all, I just want to state that I booked this hotel prior to reading any of the reviews, and had I read any of them, I would have stayed somewhere else. My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:30am and checked in. We were given a room on the first floor and when I opened the door, the lights were on, there was an open gatorade bottle on the bed, […] ashes on the nightstand, a dried up washcloth on the comforter, and messed up sheets. I thought that maybe someone was in the room so I checked in the bathroom, where I found a pile of throw up in the toilet. The man at the front desk gave me a different room on the second floor. It looked fairly clean although the beds are pretty lousy and I wouldn't walk around without shoes on. The top lock on the door had been removed and there was a bullet hole in the window. We ended up sleeping with a gun (that we packed after reading the other reviews) in the same bed as our German Shepherd. We also pushed the desk and chair in front of the door. Also, there is a window next to the front door that talks about over half of the wall. It was very easy to see around the curtains into other peoples' rooms. We hung a sheet over the open portion of the window. The neighborhood that the hotel is in is pretty sketchy- it's right off of the freeway, and we heard three gun shots as soon as we arrived. It also seems as if the hotel itself is being used in some sort of prostitution/drug dealing ring. There are men standing with their doors open, smoking and drinking throughout the entire night, and women that walk around knocking on all the doors. Although, everyone we bumped into outside was very friendly, just sketchy. There were a few positives for this hotel however. We had brought our two dogs to go hiking for the weekend and while they normally bark at night if they hear random noises, because there was so much activity at this hotel, they hardly ever barked. This was the worst motel that I've ever stayed at. People were in and out of the motel throughout the night. There were blood stains on the wall and carpet, mold on the shower curtain, a dirty empty bag of something on the floor, partying and sirens throughout the night. I got very little sleep.
