We had an overnight stay to visit family. The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We love the contemporary look and bright, cheery colors. Gated parking lot was unexpected & welcome surprise.

Looked and felt new. we loved our stay at this hotel. Everything clean with very friendly staff. I loved how the desk had a pull-out wing to it which came in very handy while working in our room. Court yard/pool area was very intimate and inviting to just hang out there for a while after a day's work. Bed was also firm, but very comfortable. Our stay at Courtyard by Marriot was awesome. Not only was the hotel clean and the staff friendly, but the property in general was well kept. The hotel had a gated parking lot for peace of mind even though the area was nice, everything was in close proximity to the hotel like restaurants, grocery store, etc. Even though the hotel was right off of Westheimer […] you would never know because everything was peaceful and quiet. We had a two nite stay second day we had to request towels. They had us by a family with a crying baby (at 6am thru 7am). It was horrible. Our room was not cleaned after first day. Location was perfect for eating and shopping

When booking online, I chose the option that said "Stay for breakfast - breakfast for two". When we arrived, the receptionist told us that our booking does not include breakfast, but when we showed him the printout he changed it. They do not have a breakfast buffet, however, so all we got for free was coffee and one item each from breakfast menu at […] the restaurant. We've been traveling around the country for several weeks now and this easily is the nicest place we've stayed. My only complaint is that I thought our room would have a microwave but I may have misread things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient. Would definitely stay again. It was a great place to stay. Not far from a 24 hour Kroger's Mkt and 5 miles from the Galleria. Conveniently located near all xways. I was downtown in 10-12 minutes to take in a play and the museums.

I loved this hotel during my stay with my 1yr old daughter. Hotel is clean, close to everything on westheimer, there's a Kroger next to the parking lot, it's even more convenient when having your family with you. Personnel is very nice. The pool area is great if you have kids too.
