The visitor center for the 14,000-acre Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge—one of only four urban wildlife refuges in the U.S.—is 2 miles east of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and informative, we were made aware that we can still have room service until 11pm if we are hungry. We were in town for the weekend to visit the Mall of America. The free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very fast and easy. We also appreciated the free shuttles back and forth from the hotel to the mall. It made it very easy to get around without having to rent a car. The hotel was nice and our room was comfortable. The staff was all […] very friendly. The only issue we had was the restaurant closed due to an equipment problem and we didn't know it so we tried to call room service over and over with no answer. We didn't find out it was closed until we made a trip down to the front desk to see what was going on. There is an Outback Steakhouse at the hotel right next door so we were able to walk over there for dinner so it was an easy fix. There isn't much else around the hotel as far as neighborhood and our view from our room was the highway. However, it was pretty quiet and a very quick trip to the mall. We would stay here again. Stayed here one night before an early morning flight out of Minneapolis. Really nice room; quiet (even though my room was next door to a party in a conference suite). Nice restaurant and bar. Indoor pool and spa but the jacuzzi in the room was the bomb after a long day on the road.

The hotel was right off the freeway, but the road noise was not a problem at all and I did stay in a room facing the road. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. The only negative I have is the incredibly overpriced snacks at the front desk.

We chose the Courtyard by Marriott simply because it was the most affordable mid-range hotel close to the MOA & it was a great location with a beautiful lobby. Everything was above standard, except the room. While clean, it was just a let down compared to the rest of the hotel. Hopefully they will make updates soon!

Very clean comfortable and staff was amazing. The bar are was awesome and I would definitely go back just for the bartender Josh.

This hotel was very clean and also very close to the Mall of America which is the reason we went. The staff was friendly and the rooms were up to date which i really liked. I will stay there again next time I want to go to Mall of America.
