I was pleasantly surprised. I thought if I'm paying for a cheap room, it would look 'cheap' as well. Absolutely the opposite. My flight arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to find a room for me. The room was great. Clean and roomy. Pillows were way too soft for me, but overall I would definitely stay there again. Easy access to highway, and lots of places to pick up a quick bite to eat. No complaints about this place.

My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

All staff were extremely accommodating during our stay and the front desk went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. Our suite was spacious, spotless and even the sofa bed was comfortable! Breakfast had an amazing array of choices and the pool and hot tub were great! We will definitely being staying here again!

We had reservations at the Courtyard Marriott, but were very upset when we found out that the pool and hot tub were out of order. The room was fine and clean, but we really wanted to have a nice relaxing getaway enjoying the pool and hot tub. The good thing was that they offered us the opportunity to move over to the Residency Inn Marriott next door […] for the same rate. We had already unpacked, so we had to pack back up everything, but it was worth the inconvenience, because the Residency Inn was so much nicer. So in the end we did have a nice time. Read more

"Wonderful stay!"
We arrived very late, but the front desk clerk was very accommodating and we were quickly on our way to our room. The room was comfortable and up-to-date. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the breakfast. This hotel is close to Ontario Beach Park and within a very very short walk to three excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel room was in very nice condition. It was also clean. I usually cannot sleep in hotels but I fell sound asleep here. It was quiet had no odors, bathroom very clean. My daughter tore apart the whole bed looking for dirt or bugs very clean linen.
Great stay all the way!! The folks at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. The cleaning ladies were the same and I would rate this hotel the best!!
"Nice hotel and quiet."
Rochester hotel was close to many restaurants and malls. Attended a class in the hotel and was satisfied with the class setting.. just wished they had brought in fresh coffee and hot water for the afternoon session - which was a totally different class then the am with new people. Also needed pitchers of ice water in the afternoon.
