The hotel and the room was nice. Wish there was a way to control the thermostat in the room. It got pretty chilly in the room and then the room was too hot when opening the balcony door to warm up the room. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly also. However, if you do not have transportation (ie a car) and are staying longer than a quick overnight stay you are not going to find anything within walking distance to eat or do. The closest restaurant in the area according to my GPS was approx. 2-3 miles away. The bistro […] has limited hours in the morning and evening. Otherwise, it was quite clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the lobby for anyone to use. It was also very quite. I stayed three nights and I had a car and I was quite happy with my stay but I wouldn't want to stay there without a car to get out and around. Great rates also. Read more

I would rate this hotel as ok, guests should not expect a Marriott quality service. The breakfast is awful with only one entree and a coffee so do not bother and pay more for this.

We asked for a quiet room and got one. The hotel looks a bit dated on the exterior but it's all clean and modern inside. Our room was very comfortable. Great sale price during the week made it even better.

I only had to stay here one night between flights, but the staff were so accommodating and friendly that it was exceedingly pleasant. They allowed me to check-out late and arranged my shuttle time around my flight schedule. The room was clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Really nice hotel. Love Courtyard by Marriott. They are consistently good. Nice area and conveniently located for travel out of Dulles but way too far from everywhere else in Maryland and DC. Otherwise a GREAT hotel.

This hotel is one of the cleanest, most comfortable, and most well appointed places we have ever stayed, and the price cannot be beat! This courtyard is located in an area of lots of office buildings near the Dulles airport. Therefore, you can get very good weekend rate, which we did. This hotel was very appealing for it's cost, location, and it was aesthetically pleaseing. I tried to buy a water from vending but there was no vending so I had to go to the front desk which sold it for 3.20 which seemed really expensive. Also, the elevator didn't work so I had to bring my baggage up on my own.

The room was perfect for our needs a we needed a handicapped accessible space. There was plenty of space to get arounf the suite. The bed was very comfortable - it was tough to get up to get to breakfast. We had a great time.

This a nice hotel. However, during my visit, the elevator was out of service on the side of the building which housed my room. They desk agent was super nice and located another room on the side of the hotel that the elevator was working properly.

The room was neat, but my chief complaint is that by the sliding door leading to the balcony the wallpaper was peeling with mildew underneath. The tub also drained slow. I cosidered trying to change rooms, but I was always gone very early and back late. I basically slept and showered there.

The hotel is lovely and quite comfortable considering the reasonable price. However, there were a few issues - all of which were resolved in the end. First of all, both myself and the person I traveled with required a handicap accessible room. When I spoke with someone from the hotel concierge on the phone, he said that there would be a shower seat […] in our room. When we arrived, there was no shower seat, nor was the shower a roll-shower. We went to the concierge to see about a room change. While they already had people in their roll-in shower room, they were thankfully able to provide us with a shower chair meant for easier transfers over a bathtub ledge. However, when it was finally time to shower, our shower did not work. Since they did not have staff on-hand to fix the issue over the weekend, they switched our room. Our new room turned out to be a nice suite with a bathroom that had a shower seat bolted to the wall. Ultimately, all our issues were solved and our stay was peaceful and happy. Read more
