"Great place to stay"

We stayed at the hotel to attend my son's wedding and since there was a small group of us we wanted our rooms next to each other. The hotel did their best to accommodate our request and even moved us to a better room when the first room hadn't been cleaned. My wife loved the breakfast bar and the courteous service she received. They let us have a late check out without charge so we could change from our formal attire before leaving the Huntsville. A very heart-felt THANK YOU to all the staff at the hotel

I was charged double for my stay and I was refunded the money - after 5 business days. I did not get help with my luggage as I am on disable and my room was on the second floor.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we have been pleased both times with the quality of the room relative to the price we paid. We were happy enough the first time that this was the first place we wanted to go for our getaway weekend in Huntsville. I would recommend this location to anyone (and have done so).

Could not have asked for better service and comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would suggest that a continental breakfast be included in the room price.

Seemed to be a lot of young, single patrons. Some loud noise and obscene talk in the hallways.

I was allowed to check in early. The only complaint, I have is that I had to pay for the continental breakfast when I thought that it was included in my room cost.

"A little disappointed"

For the most part, our stay here was good. The only real problems were the room key not working properly to gain entrance to the building from the side door, failure to have enough towels, and being treated with suspicion during breakfast. Other than that, the stay was pleasant enough.

"not what we expected"

This hotel advertises itself as Space Center location, from previous trips we knew there was a Marriot located next to the space center which we thought we were booking. We were dissapointed to learn that this was not THE Space Ceb\nter Marriot but was miles from the actual center
