This is a nice place, in an industrial area, yet you can still easily walk to a few decent restaurants, and Home Depot across the street. The Bistro was nice, the staff made the stay great.

Not a bad place for short weekend stay. We had four guest's and two queen beds. It wasn't a bad experience, but my only issue was that there was no fan in the bathroom! It seems a little unusual, but it wasn't there. Most people can imagine what it's like for four people to share a single bathroom...let alone one without a fan! Hotel has poor signage. One very small sign near an entrance and then nothing on the small entrance doors. We drove around entire hotel looking for the entrance before we realized the "unmarked" doors we first saw were the entrance (they look like they are a side entrance). Desk clerk was extremely helpful and professional. The room is nice and the […] bed very comfortable and as an added bonus PLENTY of pillows (5)!! The refrigeratior and micro. are also a welcome amenity as is the "Paul Mitchell" bath products. There is certainly room for improvement in terms of cleaning. Our shower/tub had a "residue" of some sort (something brown) along the side and the floor towel was laid over the top of that; everything else seemed clean enough. I would stay here again, at the same deeply discounted rate but maybe not for the full price. LOTS of restaurants nearby and a Target as well. The location is in the Tech Center, which is the only possible drawback. I compared this Courtyard against the Holiday Inn Express on Colorado Ave, and this place is better. While the Holiday Inn is much closer to downtown, it is much more expensive and doesn't have all the free extras this place has.

The hotel was great overall. You get free breakfast in the morning which is better then most. The hotel is located in a business area just south of Denver but is only a 5 minute drive in or a quick ride on the light rail which is a few blocks away. A very nice mall is nearby and plenty of places to eat.

The stay was comfortable with a great bed, beautiful shower products and a relaxing pool/jet pool. The only thing I would recommend to improve would be the resturant. The wines were not very good and the food was fresh, but not tasty. I loved the front desk kindness, a great first impression. Thank you!

9:30am on 7/2/2012, they shut the shower off midway through with no notification. Front desk said they were replacing the boiler and it wouldn't be on till around 6 or 7 pm. they said that they were supposed to send out letters the day before and we never received one and neither did my folks until 9:45am they received a call that the water would be […] down for today. The front desk staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet. Good location, easy on and off the the interstate. I was very disappointed when trying to retrieve a beauty travel kit that I left behind. I realized that I had left it on the bathroom counter and called the hotel to get it. The front desk person said she would check […] with lost and found and when she came back on the line, she said it wasn't turned in. She would research it more and get back to me. I waited 6 hours and never heard back. I had to call again, this time a gentleman answered and he apologized for me not receiving a call back. He checked and said that it was not turned in and that the housekeeper was a long time employee and she didn't see it. It wasn't valuable, but was a convenient travel size that I hated losing. I KNOW that I left it on the sink and I am extremely disappointed that it was not turned in. I don't believe the housekeeper kept it, but I do think she threw it away rather than giving it to lost and found. Make sure you double check your entire room before leaving, because it is very possible if you accidentally leave something behind, you'll never see it again. Read more
