We walked to the Ballpark three nights in a row and it was very, very convenient. The hotel had everything we needed, plus extras like a swimming pool with generous hours and a Tuesday night reception with free food and beverages. The road construction near the hotel makes any electronic G.P.S navigation difficult. Less than a hundred meters to a barbecue restaurant too, so we did not have to drive anywhere for lunch!

Very comfortable and the best location for our needs. We ALWAYS stay at this hotel when we come to town to see the Texas Rangers play baseball. After spending an evening at the stadium, it is such a welcome feeling to come back to a room that is clean, quiet, and comfortable! We'll be back again and again!

I thought for the price the hotel could've been much nicer. My main disappointment was the beds. We had a 2 double bed room, and I tried sleeping on both, but both were too hard to sleep comfortably on. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, but the staff were very nice. The pool was nice for the kids, but staff failed to keep the pool area clean. The pool area has a large window connecting the two pools, it was very dirty and quite moldy looking--in need of some work. One positive thing is that the hotel was quiet, and in a very convenient location to the ball park.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times now. We go once a year to watch a baseball game. Though I feel the price is a bit steep for a fairly ordinary room, we continue to stay there because of the proximity to the ball park and the convenience of the shuttle service.

I booked this hotel based on past reviews and boy did i make a mistake. The beds were terrible, the way the hotel was setup was very confusing. The staff was not helpful and the location of the hotel was difficult to get to. I will not ever stay at another Courtyard, if I do it will have to be a matter of emergency only.

The location was perfect for any of the sports or entertainment in Arlington. There was some minor road construction, but it did not prevent access to the hotel. The free trolley to the baseball park was great! The kids loved the pool and the spread they put out for breakfast is very nice, also. Getting free breakfast by booking through hotels.com saved us $30. Thanks Hotels.com!

Not only is the hotel comfortable, clean and staffed with extremely friendly people, it is so close to the ball park it saves you money on parking. My family and I stayed last weekend. My husband and I were able to walk to 2 baseball games while my mom stayed at the hotel with the kids. They all loved the pool, the lobby and the room itself. It was a nice mini-vacation for us all.

The motel was very nice. Beds were wonderful. Staff was not friendly. There was a ballgame going on at the time we were trying to get to the hotel. The roads were closed. We had a hard time finding the motel. The phone number posted on the website is not the motels number. Could not get anyone to give directions around the closed roads. The motel is not within walking distance of area attractions.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to Six Flags and the Ball Park. It was also great to beable to walk to Joes Crab Shack and eat. They did have construction going on right by the hotel which wasn't a real big deal. The only complaint that I have is that Room Service came to early to clean it was 8:00am. Which I didn't know that if you put the privacy door hanger out they will come back later. The Breakfast that we paid for with the room was awesome. It was very good! A very filling breakfast. The hotel said they have a indoor pool and an outdoor pool. When I hear indoor I would assume that it would be heated. The pool was cold because it was connected to the outside pool, all that was seperating the pool was a heavy plastic curtain. Overall the Hotel Was Great. I loved my King Sized Bed. I will never go back to a bed that is littler then KING SIZE.

This hotel had several maintenance issues during my two day stay and several service problems. First, when we arrived we were given a room on the second floor and told that the elevator was not working so we would have to use the stairs. Next, the room was not serviced the next day despite the fact that we were out of the room before service staff arrived AND we placed no sign on our door prohibiting the cleaning staff from entering. Then, when we arrived back after being out all day in the sun the card reader on the back door was not working and I had to walk about 100 yards while carrying a sleeping child to get in another door. Finally, when we got in our room and I found that it had not been serviced I called the front desk and the gentlemen tried to blame it on me stating I must have put a Do Not Disturb sign out. When I finally convinced him that I just needed clean sheets and towels he sent someone up with clean towels and damp sheets! NEVER again at any Courtyard by Marriott

My family consists of three kids my husband and myself. Overall it was great. Very kid friendly. The only problem I had was Hotel's told me we would have a room with mini fridge, two queen beds, and a pull out couch. We actually only had the two queen beds. Which was fine because our boys are small. Also there was no safe so you might leave your good jewelry at home! Our room opened to a great courtyard and was very close to the pool. The kids ran outside in the awesome grass and we could sit on the patio. The indoor outdoor pool was a huge plus and why we choose this hotel and it was open late so we took full advantage. I would say great for family and singles. It would be excellent to go to a Ranger's game then stay here. We were able to watch the fireworks from our patio also.

If you order breakfast with your room from Hotels.com, be sure to confirm at check in. We had a problem when we went to the lobby restraunt to eat the next morning. Our room was average, but clean. Only one ice machine for a large amount of rooms on premises. Our car got broken into. We checked out and to our surprise our window in our suburban was broken out and our overhead TV screen was ripped out. The front desk was helpful in locating the local police phone #, providing a phone book to find glass replacement, offering to give a shop vac to clean the glass out of the car, storing our luggage, making suggestions of things for my wife and kids to do without a car, and a comfortable lobby with TV for me to wait all day for the auto glass repairman to arrive. There are signs throughout the parking lot stating "not responsible for damage or theft of vehicals", but you never expect it to happen to you. The breakfast was delicious and a good value by the way.
