ALL staff is very polite and helpfull. They will go out of there way to assist you with any of your needs. I would recomend the Clarion to everyone. On the down side they have renovations going on and restaurant is closed and the front desk is a short distance to the elevators. Stop in and say "HI" the staff will greet you with a smile. I have been here the last 7 weekends and VERY HAPPY...

i found it very good the rooms are very comfortable the breakfact is incredible and the beds are so comfty with very soft blankets the bathrooms are so amazing it has a fancy sink alot of towels and very much of soap

"Mariott Hotel In CT"
I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. The receptionist gave me a print out of nearby restaurants, and we ended up at a great BBQ spot. I would recommend other to stay here.
"A Pleasant Surprise!"
stayed here this weekend after photographing a wedding in Hartford and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Nice touch that they had a mini mart with alcohol and snacks and water open 24 hours at the reception!
The staff at the Marriott were genuinely nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was close to major roads, but it is not within walking distance to restaurants or sights. They do, however, have an airport shuttle. I would definitely stay here again--it was a very pleasant stay.

"Above Average Comfort Near BDL"
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was large and very clean. It opened out onto a lovely courtyard, complete with patio and chairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Convenient to Hartford, Springfield, and Bradley International Airport.
"Outstanding Hotel"
We were very impressed with this Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom setup where the sink area is separate, but still private. I would not hesitate to stay at this Hotel again.
