A little hard to find in the dark but both day and night staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Elevator nearest our room was not working so that was a little inconvenient but everything else was fine.

"Pretty nice hotel, staff not so friendly"

My room was great, even more nice than i had expected yet the staff was very monotone and unpleasant. The ladies at front desk seemed as if I was interrupting their day. As if I were a pan handler and I felt like I was a burden.

"Nice hotel"

This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The pool area was attractive and well maintained. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the closet rack fell the first night we arrived, and even though we informed them,it was not fixed during the duration of our stay. With a large family sharing the room, it was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, we had no complaints. The beds were great, and the bathroom was large.
