I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Duluth Georgia for 2 nights.It is close to the Gwinnett Mall and other shipping centers surrounded by restaurants and other shopping plazas.The rate per night was reasonable.I enjoyed my short stay.Breakfast could have more choices.

I stayed here 6 nights. The first day of housekeeping (maid never even clean the bathroom)...toilet was left dirty, and she had to come back to re clean. The very next day, same thing (housekeepers were "picking" up room) verses cleaning, and when I questioned it, I was told by one housekeeper, they get direct orders from their supervisor. I called […] to desk, and later housekeeping supervisor visited, and assured me each day would be cleaned very well. As my stay continued, I did not see much difference; however, I was weary of continued reporting, so I dealt with it. I could still see the bath tub was not thoroughly cleaned, and bathrooms are a "pet peav" for me, so I pay great attention to them. In my travels in the future, I may try Intercontinental or Best Western. Read more

It was a nice place to stay. Confusing entry and exit to get back to I 85. Our first room A/C was broken and was immediately given a new room even though it was 11:00 at night. Breakfast was awesome and worth the extra $10. Overall, nice place with helpful, friendly people!

Location is convenient to several retail locations in Duluth, GA, as well as nightlife spots such as Wild Bills, etc. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom area. It was just what we needed...we were to be at the near by Gwinnett Arena early the following morning. The breakfast was great and my husband and son really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Everyone was nice and accomodating. Facility was very clean and modern.

I gave the quality of the staff a lower rating than I normally would because of one rude employee. A group of friends were staying in the hotel and attending a concert at the Gwinnett Center (about 3 miles away). Even though the web site indicates the hotel does not have a shuttle, they did run a shuttle for this concert. After the concert the shuttle […] did not return even though a few of us called to ask about the location of the shuttle and were either given the run around or were outright hung up on by an employee (Scott). We finally were able to get a cab (an hour after the concert was over), and the hotel did reimburse the cab fare the following morning. Just mediocre but clean and centrally located. Facility's wear and tear shows. No fridge in the room is a big turn off for me. Hair dryer was a model from the 80's and it was broken, it felt like I was putting a lawn mower by my ears.

This was a wonderful place to stay and convenient to everything including the The huge Mall of Georgia! Some girlfriends and I went there for a weekend get away and we had a great time shopping and just enjoying Atlanta. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and cozy. Good service, as you would expect from a Marriott property. I thought the overall property was a bit worn out. Clearly a very high volume location. Fair price . . . lower than usual on a Courtyard. Personally, I'd prefer something newer / cleaner.

The quality was not up to Marriott standards. I felt more like I was in a motel. The bed was not very comfortable. It was difficult to find the interstate without making many U-turns.

The hotel was a great choice for a quick get-a-way weekend. The room was clean, big enough for two and had a great flat screen. The hotel location was good as well, was close to the highway and attractions in the area. The only negatives (which were not that major), was limited accomodations and no hot and free continental breakfast.

I've always expected a lot from Marriott hotels and this Courtyard stayed to the class of the "true" Marriott hotels. The rooms were very comfortable, bed was amazing, the TV was large and even though I stayed in a room near the highway it was never noisey. I was very pleased with the hotel staff as well, so overall a great stay. Thanks!

we were walking distance to 2 restaurants. Also only 2 blocks from Wild Bills, where we had planned on spending time that night. The staff as very nice and helpful. Even giving us extra shampoo and conditioner when we forgot our. We will stay again. All together we got 3 rooms all in different names but we will ALL be back

The hotel is is good shape and well maintained. Looks as good as new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance. MANY food choices within a very short drive. Mall is right across the street, so shopping is convenient. Short drive to Wal-Mart if you need those type items, too. My ONLY complaint is that there is […] only one elevator and our room was the absolute furthest it could be from the elevator and still be inside the building. We had to walk the complete length of 2 hallways from the elevator to our room. We were right next to a stairwell, so we used that all the time except for when carrying luggage in and out, so it wasn't a real big deal, just an inconvenience. I would happily recommend this place to my friends and family and, when our soccer team returns there next year, we will all be staying there again. Read more

Very nice hotel. Extremely nice breakfast included with the room stay. Only concerns was the shower drain was slow and water backed up when using, and I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom corners. Other than it, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Just a couple of things......the housekeping staff was very loud in the hallways early in the morning. Also I was not made aware that you guys put a $40 hold on my bank account. I called about it and was told there was a sign there at the desk.
