Great room, comfey beds, friendly staff, nice variety for breakfast. No problems what so ever! If I had to complain about one thing it would be the high chlorine levels in the hot tub, but for safety measures, I'm sure it has to be that way.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, there was hair everywhere. The pool and hot tub were dirty. In the morning they ran out of food for the free breakfast and would not refill. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall, the hotel needed to be cleaned.

the fridge smelled like urine. There were no blankets or pillows for the fold out sofa and when we opened it there was period blood on the mattress cover so it got folded up quickly and one of us slept on the floor with what we gave him off the 2 beds in there. on a good note the tv was a nice size and the room seemed clean other then that. I will never go back to that hotel again.

Motel could not provide a computer station with a working printer, because it is not operational and has been sitting there unuseable. Moreover of the two computers in the work station only one was apparently ever connected to the printer and there were repeat reminders on screen of overdue reorder of crucial software. For same price other better equipped motels in area. Nice people at desk.

I had a nice experience staying at the Comfort Suites. When I checked in, I had friendly and prompt service. The next day, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and was greeted as I entered the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel rates were higher than normal because I was in town for a football game, but if I had gotten the normal rates I looked at the week before and after I would have been completely satisfied. The bed was extremely comfortable, 6 fluffy pillows with the king. The sofa bed was hard and not too comfortable, but was ok for sleeping on a few hours. The hot breakfast was very tasty, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, etc, a nice touch was to-go cups with the coffee so I could take some with me. The indoor pool and hot tub looked clean even though I didn't get to use them, but when I looked in there was no one in there, so not crowded at all. Front desk was very friendly, suggested parking on a certain side since they were repainting one side of the hotel that day. Only thing is the hotel could use some updating in the decor of the rooms, they were not as comptempary as the hotels I usually stay at, but were still clean and fine for one night. Mirco/fridge in room was nice as well!

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel. On the bright side, it is close to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun and other attractions. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Also, this year we found several good restaurants near by. However, for the second year in a row, there were "Please excuse the mess, we are undergoing renovations" signs all over the hotel. All rooms are now non-smoking, but our room on the third floor still smelled like it was a smoking room. The fitness roomwas small, sparse and the TV was broken. Overall impression was it still needs work.

The hotel is undergoing some much needed renovations. However, I would not recommend staying there until the renovations are complete. In addition, the room was dirty (I found someone else's trash on the floor, including a used bandage and filled with mosquitoes. The maid service started vacuuming the room next door to me before 7:00 am.

Hotel was fine, but in definite need of renovation...which was in progress while I was there. Quite clean. Just one little thing: the weather was bad the night I stayed - tornadoes, severe thunderstorms - and the civil defense sirens were going off through most of the evening. The hotel staff basically pretended nothing was happening...gave no advice as to shelter, should we need to find it, etc. Since the first floor area, with its lobby, atrium and swimming pool area, was mostly glass, I took my chances in my third floor room.

Good hotel for the money. I traveled through from Texas to Minnesota. Was just off 35N, easy to get to but far enough from I35 to avoid the traffic sounds. Lady at front desk was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. Seemed like a safe area, and the price was just about right for what you get.

This was about the fourth time we stayed at this Hotel. We like it because it's in a good place for shopping. And there are a lot of places to eat around there. We also like it because we didn't have to go to a place to eat breakfeast. Plus it is ez to get into and out of. And the price was lower than the other hotels around there.

Everything you could need is within a block or two. The hotel was fine, with no glaring problems. There is a free wireless network and they let me print some work at the front desk computer. The staff were only somewhat friendly and we had a hard time getting our room keys programmed correctly. Our room was clean and we didn't have any trouble, but one our family members tried to take a shower at 8:30 in the morning and they had run the hotel out of hot water by filling up the pool.

We have stayed in many Comfort Inn/Suites and they are generally great. This one our front desk person was outside smoking right where you had to walk through to get inside. That was not pleasant. There was a worn sign by the elevator that spoke of this hotel going through updates....what updates. Our bathroom tiles were broken and some missing. Didn't have enough towels and then had to justify why I needed more. Our smoking greeter said she would check to see if they even had any extra towels or an extra pillow. Breakfast was fair. Just not your best Comfort Suites.
