My daughter and I were on a shopping trip and we enjoyed a nice quiet time in the pool . . . we had the place to ourselves, even on a Saturday night! Nice place, would stay again, and it was close to our shopping.

The hotel was nice and easy to find. It was close to several restaurants a mall and the highway. We did have a bit of trouble with our heater but they were apologetic about it and changed us to another room. All in all it was a very positive stay. Breakfast was ok. Nothing is homemade but edible. It's nice to have lo-carb options.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful with my wireless laptop. They could not have been more courteous . The only thing I would tell people...bring your own pillows to sleep on. They have very small ones. I would diffinitely stay there again.

Great stay, the only problem we had was the pool was 4.6 feet deep all around. the children could not touch except on the steps, so we did not swim as much as we would of liked.

We stayed here the night before going to the zoo. Very convenient location with lots of food choices near by. Only complaint was pillows were very small which seems to be a Comfort Suites standard and the tub/shower lining felt weak under our feet. I would recommend for a overnight or short visit.

Thought the room was wonderful. We had two double beds and a pull out couch for me and my 4 kids. Worked very nicely. Beds and couch were comfortable. Was not noisy. Didn't get to use the pool because we didn't have time, but it looked like a nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very friendly. Hotel employees were the friendliest we've ever had. Breakfast was great. Our daughter LOVED the pool. We booked an extra night we were having such a great time. The Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant and indoor karting half a block away sold my husband! Minutes from the zoo.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the room was clean. When we got to the room we had to use the restroom. The toilet wouldn't flush. We notified the front desk and the lady said they would try and get someone to take care of it. They never took care of it. We arrived early so our rooms weren't ready. They had one double queen room ready which my friend took. We left our things and took off for awhile. When we returned there was a large bug crawling across one of the beds. We immediately went to the front desk to change rooms. There wasn't any problem changing rooms but it left a bad impression. We arrived just after dark. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, I was a little nervous about the neighborhood. The front desk attendant was very nice. We had a two queen suite. We enjoyed our visit and were glad that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The fitness room was small and no very well ventilated, but sufficient for our purposes.

Even though this hotel is in Iowa, it is near all of the great Omaha, NE sites. The place is being run by young kids, that is when you see them. Not much staff around. We had food spoil because we were counting on having a working fridge. We had to complain for 2 days to get it working. Then they just replaced it. Good breakfast.

Room was very clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever come across. Very quiet and the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Located close to downtown Omaha and the Council Bluffs casinos. Was very clean and hassle free. Bring your own pillow as this place still has small, 1/2 sized pillows on the beds.

We checked into this hotel at around 11:30p after a 7 hour drive and the man who checked us in was only interested in talking to the man checking in front of me...completely ignoring the woman he was with who was the one PAYING! And then was extremely snippy with me when it was my turn. the rest of the staff was very pleasant and courteous. But if you […] are a woman checking in late at night...expect a jerk to check you in. The Casinos were super close but I was in Council Bluffs for business and the hotel seemed really out of the way to get into downtown. However, super easy to get on the highway and over to Omaha. The rooms were clean a fairly well maintained. I didn't go into the pool area, but it looked clean through the window and lots of families used it and the hot tub. Read more
