Check in/out was problem free. Checked in with Ruby and she was excellent and thorough. I was very pleased with breakfast Sunday morning. Very good... variety. I had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The eggs are scrambled, which is my preference, but there was also boiled eggs in the cooler. I'm embarrassed if I get her name wrong but, Wanda, was on top of the dining room. She kept it clean and well stocked with hot food. There was also pastries, bagels, toast, and muffins, and of course, cereal. My wife made a blueberry waffle. Our grandson loved the indoor pool and my wife also visited the exercise room. The staff was wonderful , friendly , and helpful. Plenty of supplies like towels in the room. The air and fridge worked wonderfully. Great price. Had fun in the pool and workout room destressing. Easy to connect to wi fi also. I did not like the small pillows so when I make a return trip I will bring my own pillow and stay at this same hotel.

This is a decent hotel for the money. Had a good breakfast selection. Rooms were clean. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Located close to dining and shopping. We would stay here again.

Took my 81 year old mother on a final trip to her old homestead. She had moved away many years ago and this was a nostalgic journey for her, myself, sister, young grandson and niece, also came along. My sister had flown in from the East coast. The hotel.com reservation clerk recommended this hotel and said it had a good rating. It was just one night […] and I rented two rooms. So disappointed in the hotel. The rooms were seedy, carpet old, bedding ragged. The room looked directly into a rundown apartment complex. Indoor pool used by children, smelled overwhelmingly of mold, mold ingrained on the plastic chairs surrounding pool. Very disappointed, as I wanted everything to be perfect for my family. Need to install sheer curtains in room to let in light but still have privacy from condos in rear, forty feet spacing between buildings. Room darkning curtains are not enough.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the room was very nice. We had a microwave and refrigerator. The only negative which was very big to me was the pool was closed. That is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. We were on spring break and we wanted to swim indoors. It was never fixed while we were there. They did offer for us to go to the Best Western down the street to swim but who wants to wear your swimsuit out in the car and then go drive somewhere else to swim. Read more
