Indoor pool was ice cold, it wasn't till after we got there at 6 pm and were in the pool did they start warming the pool. Breakfast was well stocked,and lot of selection. Rooms were ok sheets didn't fit beds and keep coming off in the middle of the night.

The swimming pool was very nice; it was clean and free of bugs. The room was efficient. There was not anything that made it stand out. Breakfast was nice and had everything that a typical breakfast had. I had my family with me and the place felt safe. No one complained about anything. Overall, it was adequate.

I had a very pleasant experience. The facilities were in very good shape, the room was clean and inviting. My only complaint is the musty smell that came from the A/C when I turned it to a higher temp. Otherwise, I'll be back.

The room smelled awful...something like a mixture of B.O. and mildew. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Right off interstate (convenient) and close to several gas stations (noisy). Pets allowed. Close to Cracker Barrel, which was a plus.

WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE ROOM WITH MY FAMILY THERE WAS A FOUL SMELL,I WAS FORCED TO STAY BECAUSE THEY WERE BOOKED OUT,I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE AFTER I WAS TOLD WE WOULD BE PROVIDED A ROLL AWAY, THE FULL BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS A JOKE ,THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ROOM WAS HARDLY WORTH IT,I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Overall this hotel is a decent place to stay for a night or two. It is nothing special but if you're going to Frontier City the location is perfect or if you're traveling down I-35 it is convenient. As long as you are just looking for a place to sleep and then travel on this hotel will fit the bill.

where i never have left my opinion in such a way i do feel the need to let other travelers know that this hotel is rough. after inspecting 5 different rooms for cleanliness and odor. they were all the same....dirty and stinky. i am not a uber picky traveler i must say that i was uncomfortable staying at this hotel.

I would not stay there again. Room had an odor that was offensive. It is right next to the truck stop, much ambient noise. They state pet friendly, yet they micro manage the experience, so really not pet friendly. Oh yes, and the power went out for 1/2 an hour or more. Really go somewhere else.

This hotel is location in the northeast corner of OKC, but it's just 15 minutes from downtown. It comes with a free hot breakfast, and the room was clean. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, although it's right next to a McDonalds if you need something to eat late at night. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice.

very tight parking, had stopped up toilet had to call for service person to fix other than that was good place to stay. They did fix it in a timely manner but it should have been fixed before they rented out the room.

The hotel was clean, but very plain. It doesn't have an elevator, just stairs...which is fine if you don't have a lot of luggage. The plus side for me was it has an indoor pool, which my children loved! We stayed at the Comfort Inn on our one night in town. The night clerk was friendly and efficient. We arrived later than I anticipated and they still held our room which was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We all got a good night's sleep and woke well rested to take on the Zoo. One of the best parts of the hotel was the breakfast. […] They have this really cool waffle maker that makes teddy bear waffles. My kids loved them. They also offered waffle mix in regular or cinnamon . While I was checking the room for bed bugs I found a bedskirt on one of the beds that had a large dark stain on it. My guess it was either blood or chocolate. I really wasn't too upset though and I went to the front desk and advised the representative at the desk. I was expecting him to either come and get it himself (since our room was right around […] the corner) or to send someone in, but he actually asked me to remove it and bring it to the desk. I thought that was pretty rude, especially since i was wearing a brace on my arm and it didn't seem very host like. But it was late and I wasn't in the mood to deal with his ignorance, so I went and lifted the mattress off the boxspring and brought it to him. Amazingly he had me drop it on the lobby floor in front of another customer. I asked him to make sure we weren't charged for any of this previous damage and went back to our room. Later we went to the pool and I noticed that in one corner there was insulation hanging out and a ceiling tile was missing. Other observations about the condition of the hotel was that there was rust all over the bath area especially on the door sill. The exterior and interior of the hotel show a great deal of age and should be remodeled and reconditioned. Paint goes along way!!! Bottom line, if you had to stay here, you could survive, but it really feels more like a one star hotel, not a two! Also almost forgot, no bed bugs but while checking I killed a really tiny spider on one of the pillows and noticed a few other places on the wall where a similar looking species had been killed before. We need a room close to a door because my husband has trouble walking. The clerk gave us a room which was close to the back door but our key card would not work. He seemed unconcerned when we told him about the problem and just suggested we use another door that was far away from our room.
