OK hotel for a short stop. The only bad thing was the wi-fi did not work, and the desk clerks did not seem interested in fixing it. They did get it fixed the next morning just before we left. The included breakfast was fine, but not enough seating. There was nothing really bad about the location, but kind of a barren. OK for a short stay.

I stayed here with my kids as part of a trip to visit Out Of Africa park. The staff was friendly and efficient, room was as expected for this type of hotel. No complaints. The kids loved the breakfast selection.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and offered sightseeing information and guidance. Swimming was fun for the whole family and the pool and hot tub were very clean and extra towels were available. Very nice and extremely affordable hotel.

The free hot breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The only down side is the pillows were small and the bed was hard. Decent for the price. Would stay there again if our usual place is booked.

Comfort Inn Camp Verde is a standard hotel. It meets your basic needs for your comfort. The breakfast is also standard. The view is a parking lot some other dead space. It was nice being able to have our baby Chihuahuas with us. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

I was early and was allowed to check in a couple of hours prior to their posted check-in, for which I was grateful. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I got up to my room and was disappointed. The rooms are very outdated and felt dirty, although I didn't really see any filth. Staff was very friendly. Helped with all our questions. Gave directions to restaurants and Out of Africa. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Everyone in our group enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very clean and had great amenities. Hotel is located right off freeway. Easy to find.

The stay was comfortable and the location was very quiet so there is a very nice sleep for staying here. If there were any complaints I would have, it would be some of the channels of the television didn't come through and caused a lot of static. Also, the vending machines were a tad drained from the time we got in to get water in the middle of the […] night. Oops! This is a comfortable, well maintained Comfort Inn. Very convenient for a vist to Out of Africa. The staff directed us to a wonderful resturant. Great breakfast. This is an excellent value for a family vacation.

We stayed in 5 different hotel chains during our recent visit to Arizona. This one was not the worst. I want to rate these businesses in a way that would help them improve (if they ever bother to read what customers say after their stay). For people who use the pool/spa as much as we like to, the spa was a little too hot to be comfortable unless you […] used it at night when the temperature dropped into the sixties. The pool was frigid no matter what the air temp. The breakfast was very good. The towels were soft. The air conditioning worked perfectly. But when we rolled back our blankets to turn in for the night, the sheets were very obviously not clean! Fortunately, we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The other one was usable, but we wondered... This sort of thing is absolutely inexcusable for a hotel! It poisons everything nice the customer might want to say. Read more

This room was booked for a stopover in Sedona. It is not Sedona and is, in fact, quite a distance away. But, it is a wonderful place to stay. Just off I-17, we stayed there on our way back to Phoenix from the Grand Canyon. The lady behind the front desk was so very helpful. From how to get into the pool (nice pool), to printing out airline boarding […] passes, to recommending an excellent Mexican restaurant only a few minutes from the hotel. Everyone that worked at the hotel from the front desk clerks, to the house-keepers were incredible! The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I have EVER had. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is clean and guess service is great. The room is clean and had all the amenities. The shower curtain is a bit faded and dirty. The shower head is clogged. A beat-up 15 years old 20 inch TV with a bad remote control with picture distortion and poor reception brought back my memory of a motel in the early 80's. Wonderful breakfast with cereals […] milk, waffles, sausages eggs, pancakes, everything is good but the boiling eggs. The hard cold tasteless eggs in the refrig seemed like days old. Great place at this price range. Comfortable beds, able to open the window to let in the evening breeze instead of using air conditioner, received call from front desk once in our room to make sure all was OK, nice hot continental breakfast. Again, for the price we found this place to be a good deal.

This was just a stop over stay for us. The staff was certainly pleasant enough, and everything was adequate. I'd certainly stay here again, but it's not the most memorable motel I've been to. It is a good location for getting to many of the area sights.
