Had a good time, Will stay again next year It would be nice in the summer if they would turn on the air if their going to rent the room. Hot in the beginning. Didn't take much over an hour to cool down. Great location lots of food and shopping nearby.

The hotel lobby was in definite need of maintenance. There were holes in the ceiling and HVAC return vents missing all together. The breakfast served on Monday morning was left over from Sunday morning. We had to sign a paper not to have our room serviced even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Hotel was close to most everything and only a short drive to Bristol motor speedway. Staff was friendly , room was clean and served its purpose well for the price we paid.

this hotel was in a quiet section of kingsport, across the street from the mall.the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. this seemed to be a medium sized motel but our stay was quiet. a 20 min. drive to the track in bristol.

The room needed repairs but was ok for sleep. The pool area was nice. The front desk girls was never pleasant and very rude several times. They never smiled or greeted people nicely. It was as if they hated being there and wanted the visitors to leave. My stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, but the bed could have used a few more pillows. The drain in the sink got suck and it stayed sealed until the maid came in the morning--called the front desk--no help. The breakfast was just okay--waffles were good.

I was mortified with the hotel they had a wrestling tournament going on so a bunch of kids were staying there with the parents and at ten o'clock these kids are running around like animals in a barn when I complained I was told well they paid to be here it was out of his hands. The first room they gave us had pieces of caulking in the bathtub from where they had replaced the caulking and not cleaned it up. I called to the front desk, and they gave us another room. The second room they put us in, the shower curtain rod was broken, and when my mother took a shower the whole floor was flooded.

On the negative side, the first problem we had was that there were evidently problems with programing the key cards, and I had to go back and have them re-coded before we could get into the room. Same thing happened on day 2 of our stay. Next, my wife was in the bathroom and a roach was in the tub. Third, I suppose it was some sort of air freshening […] fragrance used to either remove odors or give the room a pleasant smell, but whatever it was , it was not all that pleasant, and it irritated my wife's nose and throat both nights we were there. On the plus side, the desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. She was apologetic about the key card situation. She smiled when she talked and was very welcoming in her voice and facial expressions. Her positive attitude actually made the other situations a little less irritating. Check-in was easy and fast. They had our reservation (prepaid) and there were no problems. I don't think we would stay there again unless it was the only thing available. The presence of a roach in the room was somewhat uncomfortable when thinking about sleeping with them around. The unpleasant effects of the room fragrance made sleep for my wife troublesome. I think I would rather spend the additional money to stay at a better place than deal with the issues we found at this establishment. Read more

This hotel was convenient to parents' assisted living home. The fan for the bathroom didn't work--switch was broken. Supposedly the hotel had just gone thru a renovation. Nothing was mentioned re: renovation. Room smelled like "wet dog". We must have been put on the "working" side of the hotel...people coming in/out at all hours of the night. Was woken […] up many evenings as "visitors" came/went. They did more business, we think, on the "hourly" rate instead of the "nightly" rate. Going to TN in December....not staying there again. The main issue I noticed was the pillows were way to small. If the pillows were normal size an not couch pillow size the bed would have been great. The location wasnt great but it was close to allot of shopping and places to eat. There was an issue with our room, the toilet seat was not clean so we were promptly moved to a clean room.

Clean, convinent and affordable. Pulled in late on a Thursday night and ended up with a double room facing the inner court yard and pool. The beds were comfy and the breakfast quite good, complete with biscuits and gravy.

This is an older hotel and not fancy, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was open for the kids and they enjoyed that. I arrived early after an 8hr. drive and they were willing to let me check in so I could get some much need rest.
