Service was great, all employees were very friendly and helpful. Awning over back door needs repair and pool water had too high of a chlorine content. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We will look to stay in other Comfort Inn hotels during our future travels.

very close to Interstate but was a bit far out of Columbia (almost 10miles) - but knowing that Comfort Inn is dependable made it ok - Beatrice was a very nice young lady who checked us in quickly so we could go eat with friends - very quiet - clean and breakfast was good.

Service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and even let us have a little birthday party for our granddaughter in the breakfast area one evening. Kids (and grandma) had great time in pool. Everything was very clean. Hotel a little dated but clean. Restaurants nearby.

room was clean, ladders needed some vaccuning. Breakfast was good with a few hot items and variety. Kids liked the covered pool. Hotel needs some painting in the outside.

The air conditioner was a little loud, but it got the job done. Efficient room, very clean. Breakfast was decent, can't complain too much when it's free. The hotel could do with some upgrades, but everything was clean and the staff was courteous.

The indoor pool was closed, was not informed of this at check in. The room smelled musty, and everything in the room felt damp. The fan in the bathroom did not work. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The motel was quite nice - only real problem was unreliable wifi. Each of the four guest networks kept fading in and out requiring frequent reconnects.

Room was kept clean, towels and wash rags were replaced every day, and the staff was friendly, very polite and accommadating. The breakfast was great as they provided more of a variety of food than do most other Hotels.

This is a step above a motel; it's not uncomfortable and the staff were VERY friendly and helpful. It seems to be an older building; there is NO elevator which could be an issue if you're on the second floor. However, breakfast available every morning was filling and tasty, they kept the rooms clean and most of the maintenance There's a few decent […] choices for food nearby - including a Subway, Burger King, Cracker Barrel and Stan's. Stan's is FANTASTIC; great southern cuisine and bacon to die for. It's worth noting that the Pegasus pizza that will deliver is tasty but they don't seem to bring napkins or plates, so be aware. The other caveat is that the wireless high-speed internet may not be up to the standards you're used to if you have broadband at home, and it might not be great for streaming Netflix movies or anything, but it was plenty sufficient to get my work done. Overall it isn't luxurious and it isn't located downtown but it was a comfortable room for a very reasonable price, and if that's what you need, I strongly recommend it! Read more

I found the motel and room to be a good deal for the price charged. The only drawbacks were the Continental Breakfast was not very good, but we didn't expect too much at the room price. The indoor swimming pool was nice however it had a strong chemical odor that would slightly burn your eyes as you entered the room. On their behalf they did have a man […] working on the problem however, he never spoke to anyone letting us know if we needed to get out or stay in the pool. Stopped in here on my way to Florida. Not bad for an overnight stay. They lock the front doors at night, so I am not too sure about the neighborhood around the hotel. The room was very clean. The area seems to be very safe. There were many people checked in the night we were there, so the breakfast room was crowded the following morning. But they had plenty of food, so we just took our breakfast back to our room to eat. There were waffles and oatmeal, bagels and the usual cereal, muffins/toast, etc.
