ENJOYED THIS HOTEL. QUIET, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS.

The hotel was easy to get to and generally in very good shape. The only negative was the carpet in the elevator was old and stained which doesn't leave a good first impression.

Great price for a nice room, continental breakfast and close to the airport.

The room was way beyond my expectation, I loved the fact that it was green, no smoking. the greeting I received unpon arrival was wonderful.The bed was comfortable, I was really pleased.

Located in a business park, you need a car for essentials or to get to places (resturaunts, retail, etc.). However, it's only a short distance from the Airport or downtown Tempe and was quite nice on the inside. Well appointed room for the money, fully featured. The fixtures and appliances were updated and in good working order. Reasonable complementary breakfast. I thought it was most ideal for the discrimating traveller, especially if being close to Tempe and the airport are priorities.

Rooms were comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning. Staff very helpful with directions to several locations.

Hotel was very pleasant from the lobby to the breakfast room to the well appointed and extremely comfortable room. Well worth the money. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely stay at a Comfort Suites Hotel again and would recommend to friends.

I thought the hotel was good for the money. The television service was a little distorted and the bathroom looked a little dated. I had a good stay.

Difficult to find but close to freeway & airport/rental car return. Once the entire motel is remodeled, it will be a nice place for the money. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

Hotel was nicely decorated; room was comfortable, quiet, clean and pretty, including the bathroom. It was a relaxing place after a hectic vacation. Breakfast bar was well stocked and staffed. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is a quick trip from airport.

I thought the overall condition of the Hotel was pretty good. Rooms were clean, Pool was nice and breakfast was good. My only complaint was that it smelled a little musty and "painty". I think they just need to open up the windows and let the Hotel air out...though 114 degree weather only allows so much. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend that much and doesn't expect too many amenities.

For the price this hotel was very nice. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The pool was sufficent. There was renovations being made on the other side of the hotel but it didn't effect my visit. Unfortunately there is nothing in the area within walking distance.

I was surprised that this hotel was so nice in the rooms for the price I paid through Hotels.com. Big, flat screen TV, suite-like room, comfortable bed, stylish decor, adjustable A/C and heat, good service, shuttle to the airport. I had to miss the breakfast because of an early flight but I bet it was great.

The hotel was very nice but there was a party going on in the room next door that went on all night. We called the front desk at 2am to see if something could be done and they said they would take care of it. An hour later we called again and the hotel would not answer us anymore, we ended up getting no sleep and the staff did not care. The hotel had rooms available and still would not just move us so we could sleep. Bad service and I thought the policy on the room was a maximum of 4 people not a party.

Beautiful, spacious room. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great value!

Big spacious rooms with a powerful a/c that gets that room cold in no time. The best deal I've gotten on a room in a long time.

This hotel was very easy to find, very clean, the desk clerks we dealt with were beyond friendly. We forgot 2 of my daughters books in the hotel and instead of making us pay to use Fedex or UPS they took the books to the post office and mailed them. Awesome service. (Bathroom floors are a little slippery when wet)

This recently update hotel was a big surprise. The value was outstanding. The room was nicely done in modern furniture, the bedding was new, towels likewise. The room had a large flat screen LCD TV with HD Service. We are spending 4 nights a week in Tempe for the next 4 weeks and have decided this is where we will call home. Our previous week was at a much more expensive place, not nearly as nice, and further from our destination.

The Comfort Suites has been the best hotel I have stayed at. The Hotel was beautiful ,the suite was fantastic and the breakfast each morning you get is one of the best around. Loved staying here and it was in a great location of Tempe just right off the interstate. This is a 10 in hotels would stay here again and suggest anyone spending time in the Phoenix area to0 also give it a try. For those flying in to the Airport they do have a shuttle service , however I used Enterprise Rental on North 44th which was a great location and only a 15.00 ride in the taxi or they might even come and pick you up.

We were just passing through town on our way to California and reserved a room to break up our trip. The staff was very friendly, the room was roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was nothing fancy but tasty and satisfying. This is a VERY nice place to stay.

Good value for price. Exceeded our expectations and renovations made you feel like it was a brand new hotel. Up to date furniture. Only two problems: 1.) due to renovations, parking lot is limited and entrances to building are limited to front. 2.) housekeeping rushes you out at check out, even with a late check out.

We stayed for just one night. The service was great, the rooms were great and it was close to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was so happy with this room and Hotel I wish I could get it for the same amount in the winter. Some places like this have towels at the pool so we didn't take any and there weren't any there but that's something we should have called the desk and asked about before we went to the pool. Very helpful front desk people.

I had to go to Phoenix due to a death in the family. I booked rooms at Comfort Suites through hotels.com My family came together from many parts of the country. During my stay, my family and I used the hotel breakfast room for gathering to talk and play games. All of the hotel staff were thoughtful and accommodating to us at this difficult time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price. Room was very comfortable with a seperate sitting room and very comfortable King sized bed. Recomended.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel within the last year. I returned to it because of the great price and the comfort and size of the room. Also we love the complimentary breakfast which is not just a continental(sweet roll) breakfast. It's really breakfast. The only down side is that there is nothing else in the area as far as shopping or restaurants. It's a keeper.

The receptionist was an idiot. First off if it wasn't for the staff the rooms were excellent and great for the price. The problem was the whole reason that I chose this hotel was for the shuttle service to the airport. When I read free shuttle service to and from the airport I called in to make sure that it was free and we could park for free at their motel. The only reason I was going to spend the night to fly for the motel I only live 90 mi. away. She said oh yeah we do have free shuttle to and from the airport, the only thing is we are renovating the hotel so you have to go to the days in and we will follow you over there and you can park for a week there. Perfect right. Wrong. When I went to park my car at the Days inn. They charged me almost fifty dollars to park there for a week. I paid it becuase my wife made me instead of making a huge fuss in front of everyone. Then we go back to get a bite to eat and they have no restaurant or any close so we went to the sheraton acrossed the street. Low and behold a ten times nicer hotel, We could have had a true FREE shuttle and PARKING while were were gone for cheaper than that mickey mouse hotel we stayed at. Then I called in to try and maybe split the cost since whatever I got a great deal on the hotel. The manager of course wasnt there so I left a message on her phone. Yep still hasn't called me back to even say she was sorry NOTHING. Please don't waste your time and don't listen to their FREE parking crap to get you to stay there and then you have to pay to park. I would never wish anyone to go through the customer service that I had to go through. If you could take out all of the idiots at the hotel the rooms are pretty nice. Too BAD the staff ruined what could have been a great stay. Never again look into the sheraton, TRUST ME.

This hotel is undergoing remodeling. We were lodged in the "new" section. Very comfortable and quiet.

When booking on line, you always wonder just what the Hotel is going to be like. I have had a bad experience before and am always leery of what I will find. But I was very impress with this room. Very friendly staff and very clean. It was a smaller hotel but just as impressive as some of the bigger, less personal ones. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel is near-done with renovation. Rooms were nicely furnished, very comfortable, and service was excellent.

Recently renovated. Nicely done. Brand new bathroom sink, shower, toilet, etc. New beds...which had VERY comfortable mattress. New furniture. Flat screen TV with high definition reception. Hallways are also redone as well. Everything smelled "new". Price is competitive. Decent location in Tempe, AZ. Just off freeway. Close to ASU. The only negative was the room air conditioner unit was a bit noisy, and would "cycle" with a clunk. Otherwise a great room. Did not sample the breakfast area.

My family decided to take a 3 hour road trip to visit the Phoenix Zoo. We left the night before and stayed at the Comfort Suites Airportf the night before so we could get to the zoo fresh, as soon as it opened. The price for the room was much lower than what we expected, especially when we saw how nice the hotel was! It was a pleasant surprise to say the least!! The hotel was only a short drive to the zoo, with a Dunkin Doughnuts in between! All in all, it was a pleasant trip. The only thing we wished we had done was to stay 2 nights!! Thank you for helping to make a great family day!!
