Comfort Inn Federal Way - Federal Way 47.31804, -122.31335

The Comfort Inn in Federal Way WA was a very comfortable place to stay. My mother & I went for my son's wedding and stayed 2 days. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and my mother and I both made a point of telling the desk staff how clean our room was. There was no dust or dirt anywhere in our room, even the corners were spotless. I dropped my glasses on the floor and they went under the bed. When I went to get them there wasn't a speck of dust under the bed. There was a self-serve breakfast in the morning and the area was kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and made you feel like they were happy to have you there. If I go to Federal way again I would definately stay there. I would also stay in other Comfort Inns. Don't trust the directions from this site to find this hotel, they are horrible. I know the area too!! Make sure you either get better directions or have the Hotel phone number handy. The hot breakfast is ok, Waffles, link like sausage ,and eggs. The eggs are not the usual boild bag food service of america eggs they are something different, not sure what. The rest of the breakfast bar has good variety. Over all is a decent hotel, clean and serviceable. Better Directions and better eggs please

Everything was as expected for hotel clean and comfy, rates were good. The only problem is you will miss the turn from PAC HWY into the parking lot and have to go around the block the one lane entrance is easy to miss, not much of a problem just annoying.

Its OK not bad.

This is a nice no frills motel. There is nothing spectacularly good or bad about it. It's a good, quiet place to lay your head.

Allowed pets and was close to my meeting.

It was okay. I wasn't expecting too much for the price i paid. I chose a smoking room and it had multiple ashtrays. I was worried that i might be charged for certain things in the room that were already messed up like cigarette burns on the lampshade. The wi-fi cut out on me multiple times, when i called the front desk they said they were having technical problems. Shortly into the night, someone (probably kids) ran past my room and banged on the door and took off before i could find out who it was. Overall i got what i paid for and i slept well.

The room was great, and the continental breakfast is exceptional. But if you want peace and quiet then opt for a room on the top floor and not near the elevator. This hotel seems to be very popular for family events, like swimming, soccor, etc..

The staff was very accomodating but the room itself was dated and not as clean as I would expect. There was mildew around the heating unit and the sheets had holes in them.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Outstanding breakfast, nice pool. The only thing I didn't care for was the hot tub needed better cleaning. I'd definitely recommend .

Hotel was easy to find, next to many retail stores around. Lots of restaraunts. Didnt see any real negative things about the hotel. I'll probably visit and get a room again. Pet friendly a plus.

I was going to a concert at the white river amplitheatre,the motel is close to the mall,resturants and the white river.T he stuff was very friendly,rooms were clean and we got a good night sleep.will be staying here again

This hotel is just not maintained well. Paint is faded and distressed, hallways seem dusty, the pool seems ok. It smells a little funny, too. If I would have paid less I would have been really happy for the deal, but I paid about a market rate from Hotels.com. Breakfast was nice enough, even if the eggs were powdery and people came to eat with pajammas and uncombed hair. (It was spring break.) I'd bet they wouldn't pass a health inspection, but we weren't too grossed out to have cereal and fruit. There was a tie left in our room by the previous guest and I wondered how fast they must have cleaned to miss it. I never was able to connect to their wireless and I travel frequently and haven't had a problem in other hotels. I really wished I had spent $30-$50 more and stayed at a nearby property that was newer .

For the cheap price of the hotel I had pretty low expectations, but they were all exceeded. The room was clean and nice, and the continental breakfast in the morning was the best I had ever seen at a hotel. I was very happy with the Comfort Inn, and would definatly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and upgraded me to a jacuzzi room without my asking (they saw I was a bit frazzled!).

Great room for the money. Good internet connection. Nice breakfast.

Ended up with a smoking room and the stench was AWFUL. To their credit, they immediately switched us to another room, though all of our belongings still smell of smoke. Why do there need to be smoking rooms? They are always the rooms left over when a hotel is nearly full.

Very nice hotel for the money. In an area very close to the Interstate, as well as a shopping mall.
