Staff were extremely helpful and their spoken English was excellent. Their evening meal recommendations were good value for money and close to the hotel

Hotel service was goed. Prima buffet-ontbijt. Gelegenheid tot betaald parkeren. Ligging is zeer gunstig nabij metro, bus 100, winkels (KDW), Stadscentrum.

We were met by a very kind and extremely service-minded staff in this small, cosy, and very clean hotel situated in the heart of Berlin - close to everything. We will definitely come back.
