They should disclose the parking fee when they ask if you need parking. Also, the parking fee is pretty steep given that the garage is located across the street and they recommend that you don't leave anything in your vehicle since it is so prone to break-ins.

Our stay at the Burrard was excellent! The hotel was affordable, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I only have a few minor complaints: 1. A fan would have made the room more comfortable. Without a fan, the room got a bit warm and we had to open the windows out to the noisy street. 2. The breakfast could have included more choices, it was rather sparse. 3. It would have been nice if the parking were free or less than $20 per day, but this is to be expected. Overall, the stay was really good, and I would stay there again.

The Pan Pacific was a great location to get around town on foot as well as the train. I was surprised that there was a daily rate for WiFi?? Really in this day and age it should be of no charge considering the price for a room. This trip was not for business but relaxation so I would have enjoyed the use of my Ipad to look up places to see and eat. Thank you Starbucks downstairs for free WiFi. The pool was fantastic on a night full of stars and open late for guests, thank you for that. Parking your car in the garage, no winter rates there. Be prepared to dig deep for 2 nights of parking. What we were charged would have been a nice dinner for two.

As an overnight hotel to and from a destination, it was good value and comfortable. The one recommendation would be to have a clock in the lobby and breakfast room. I did miss the airport transport once because my watch had stopped and there was no clock on the lobby floor to check the time and Desk personnel were doing their job with clients.

Our family with two babies wanted a low-cost, no-frills, clean and quiet overnight layover close to the airport, and that is exactly what we got. Shuttle service was on-time both ways; staff were very courteous and helpful, crib and breakfast were included. I would recommend this hotel.

When I told the receptionist the next morning that my bathroom was not as clean as it should be and asked to give me a percentage off the price, he said 'sorry, you booked it through online through a discount site so there is nothing I can do. Pretty disappointing

Clean, comfortable, good beds, good breakfast. Friendly personnel. One caveat: I chose the hotel because it provided an airport shuttle. The hotel shuttle, however, traveled only to the main airport terminal. Our local plane used the small south terminal. We did not know beforehand that we needed to make our own arrangements to reach the main terminal. […] AND, our plane arrived too late for us to catch the airport shuttle service running between the main terminal and the south terminal. We were forced to catch a cab to the hotel, an unexpected expense. I don't know how we might have avoided this confusion, but am relaying it so someone else might benefit from our experience. The bathtub had hair in it from previous guest, so probably had not been cleaned. Hallways were dingy and the floors sounded hollow as you step across them. Elevator was a tight squeeze for two with luggage. Hotel looked like it was worn out.

This Comfort Inn was fair given it's proximity to the airport and public transportation, including a SkyTrain station and regular shuttles to the airport. Their staff was very helpful and friendly and took the time to give us detailed directions on how to get the best routes around the city for site seeing. The rooms are on par for a 2 star hotel and […] have pretty state of the art heating/ac units. Although I was grateful for having a breakfast buffet as a perk, I was a little worried that it would make me sick because of the way it was contained (ie, milk should be kept cooler etc.) Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay in close proximity to the airport. Our room was located at their new building wing, we got lost around the building after we ate breakfast. Having free breakfast is very convenient. You start your day, on our case, easily going to our first destination made it with ease.

Our room was spacious enough, and while it could have been just a little cleaner, it wasn't horrifying, either. Beds were comfy, free breakfast was nice. It was easy to get to the sky train from there, just a bit of a walk. Hotel staff was nice and courteous. Would stay again.

It was close to the airport. Maybe a little too close. It's on one of the roads going out of the airport. The corner that it was on was hard to access. The hotel was pretty beat up. Could have stayed at a new Hampton Inn a block away for a little more. The front desk was helpful but did not really know neighborhood.

Its not a five star, but excellent value for the money. The staff was great, breakfast bar was good. The room was clean. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the smell, the lobby and our room smelled strongly of cinnamon red hots.

Definatly didn't feel safe to walk around at night. Far from downtown. Beds felt loke bricks. I would not stay here again. price was good and breakfast was ok.

We stayed only one night here because it was close to the hotel. I thought it was fine for a one-night stay. I wouldn't necessarily want to stay here for the whole vacation because it's not in the best location.

This was only a one-night stay after an Alaska cruise and for the money, and location to the Vancouver airport, it was a good buy. They had an early, free shuttle which made it really convenient. Clean rooms and decent upkeep of rest of hotel. Some walking to eating establishments.

very nice room, the staff was great, the hot breakfast was a plus, is not too far from vancouver downtown, you can get there easily in 20 minutes or less... I had a great deal in this hotel, I stayed in downtown for 4 nights before this hotel and I paid way much more money and the room was 3-times smalles and very old furniture, I didn´t rest well […] during the night and when I change I feel upgraded so much, since my room was big, lots of amenities, better then staying in downtown where hotels are too expensive or too small and simple for a price like this one.
