Hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Room was clean, furniture somewhat dated but suited my needs. Was impressed that there was a free box lunch type... dinner (spaghetti & meatballs w/ salad) available at check in. Saved me finding a restaurant at night. Didn't require the use of the fridge or microwave but good to know that they are available. Will definately stay here again. The room, as mentioned previously in other reviews, was dated, but clean. They try to give a good presentation. When I checked in the front desk clerk was not the friendliest, most courteous I've experienced in my frequent business travel. It was 9pm when I checked in and asked for any delivery menus; they had none and I was told that the Chinese restaurant […] a block away was probably closed; it was not and I told them they should give menus to the hotel office. It was the FIRST time I've ever checked into a hotel that they didn't have menus from local restuarants for delivery and he just wasn't interested in helping me in any way. It was fine for a one night stay, but I will probably look elsewhere next time. I don't like that they don't have an elevator; remember to request a first floor room if have heavy bags or unable to use stairs. Read more

This hotel was satisfactory. It served it's purpose and was comfortable enough. The staff was friendly, and parking was convenient. I just thought that it was a little outdated--the toilet, bathroom fixtures, and some of the other things were a bit old and worn looking. The free WiFi was great, although hard to find a convenient outlet to plug things […] in. Ironing board and iron in room came in handy. I recently spend one night at the comfort inn in Simcoe. I was very disappointed that the internet service was almost non-existent, and the television had no more than about 10-12 channels. We stayed at this hotel in Feb.,2013. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival, we were informed that not only was our breakfast complimentary but in addition, so was our supper. We would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will have to go back to this part of Ontario from time to time and Comfort Inn will definitely stay again.
