Nice hotel for the on the go couple. Good breakfast for the morning and close to the subway and downtown. Easy to find hotel and staff helped explain transportation options. Wish the taxes were part of the price quote because it added an unexpected dollars to the bill.

Our stay was very easy and hassle free. We checked in early, our room was prepared/ready as stated, and the ease of getting to/from thins hotel VIA Cab or subway was perfect. The only complaint we have is the air conditioning was loud and was blowing straight onto the bed area. Should be closer to the ceiling or in another space.

The location half a block from Times Square made access exceptionally convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was not their fault. Renovation cleanouts in nearby buildings went on well into the night and were extremely noisy. Would stay again.

can't believe what a great value this hotel is. stayed 6 nights april 2013. hotel is clean, comfortable, literally 1/2 block from times square. was expecting less and was really surprised at how nice it is!!! would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We all know that hotel rooms in NYC are typically small. Our room WAS small, but felt spacious because it was so well designed - bedside tables on both sides of the bed, a small desk with multiple plugs for our electronic devices, deep window seats in the room and the bathroom so that we didn't have to put our bags on the floor... perfect location, reasonable price & EXCEPTIONAL service ! Got off the ship in the AM, they stored our luggage, requested a "Chemical-free" cleaning which was immediately executed by "G", & went across the street to "O'Brian's" for a "last" lunch with travelling companions. Check-in was smooth, room was clean & quiet. Got 1/2 price tickets to "Spiderman" […] - fantastic !! This is a very small hotel at a great location. Although the lobby area of the hotel was under renovation our room recently had been renovated. Our room was ready when we arrived at noon, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was small, but very nice. A free continental breakfast was included. The hotel staff answered questions and offered to store […] our bags before we had a chance to ask.. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Port Authority as well as the theaters. This hotel is a great value in a terrific location. My only complaint is a temporary one - the hotel is currently being renovated, so lacks certain amenties (business center, workout room) at the moment. That said, I'd definitely stay there again, and would recommend to friends.

My room was small but quite small (not a major issue) but clean and functional. The AC unit was quite old but functional also. There is an issue with pigeons on the window ledge although this did not detract from enjoyment. I stayed for 2 nights and found that the current construction work in the foyer was not an issue. It was a no frills but good hotel. It had everything you needed without the frills. It suited us perfectly for the price we were paying. We weren't looking for chocolates on our pillow, luxurious bath robes and breakfast in our rooms. This hotel was well situated to all the sites and our needs.

This was my first trip to NY and I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Firstly, it was so close to Time Square it is so convenient. A perfect place for a mini-NY break, with great service, and only steps away form Times Square. The rooms at the front can be very noisy but those at the back are quieter but look out onto a brick wall, so take your pick. Free breakfast, wi-fi and phone calls is a bonus.

I was unsure what i may have booked when choosing this reasonably priced hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised! Great location, not even two minutes walk from Times Square. Good service, quiet room lead to great nights sleep. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan.

Me hospede 5 noches en el Hotel con mi esposa y tuvimos una excelente experiencia. La ubicación del Hotel esta en pleno times square, sin embargo no es una calle ruidosa. El hotel es sencillo, muy limpio y con muy buena atención por parte del personal. El precio por noche fue el mejor que encontramos para el area. Nuestra habitacion contaba con cama […] King, acceso a internet, caja de seguridad y television de 32". El espacio de la habitación estaba bastante comodo. A pesar de no tener restaurante, no hacia falta ya que hay muchos restaurantes y delis alrededor donde se puede comer. Para nuestro proposito que fue estar todo el dia fuera conociendo y tener un lugar tranquilo y comodo donde dormir por las noches resulto ser una excelente alternartiva. Definitivamente recomendaria el lugar y lo tendremos en consideracion para nuestra proxima visita. Read more

Sauberkeit des Zimmers/Hotels: Zimmer wurden jeden Tag ohne jede Beanstandung gesäubert, Lobby wurde erst Anfang 2013 renoviert. Servicequalität: Rezeption war […] immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso wie alle anderen Angestellten im Hotel von Putzfrau, Portier, Frühstücksservice. Hotelausstattung: Vollkommend ausreichend, freies W-Lan im kompletten Hotel, 2 PC Terminals im Eingangsbereich, großer Fernsehr, Klima- Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer, großes Bett, Bügeleisen, eingebauter Kleiderschrank, Badewanne mit Dusche, Kaffeemaschine. Lage des Hotels: Absolut spitze, wer unmittelbar im Geschene sein will ist hier genau richtig, keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Time Square, 2 U-Bahnstationen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einziges kleines Manko, Lautstärke im Zimmer, man konnte zwar gut schlafen jedoch war immer ein gewisser Geräuchpegel im Zimmer vorhanden, unser Zimmer war zur Straße im 8 Stock. Man sollte kein zu großes Frühstücksbuffet erwarten, aber für einen Kaffee, Cornflakes, Bagle oder Donut war es alle mal gut. Viajei sozinha e com tempo limitado para conhecer as principais atracções de NY. O facto de o hotel ser muito central e permitir o acesso fácil a transportes públicos (metro) foi muito positivo. O quarto era pequeno e tinha pouca luz mas era confortável, sossegado, estava limpo e tinha acesso wifi. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación en pleno Broadway pero en una calle tranquila y sin ruido. Es un hotel antiguo y sin lujos pero limpio, correcto y muy bien de precio.
