Hotel was fine. Very nice staff, decent breakfast, and working printer in business center. My room smelled pretty awful.. like it used to be a smoking room. Not pleased on that but everything else was fine. A bit pricey.

The room was clean although we did have to get a room on a different floor because the 4th floor hallway was wet & had fans all up & down the hallway & smelled really bad like mold. Overall it wasn't terrible. It wont be my first pick again. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee was terrible. Pastries appear to be from a giant club store pre frozen and thawed- dry tasting at best. The only fruit available were bruised bananas. How about tossing in a waffle maker and fresh creamer and a brand name coffee. For 200 bucks a night they […] should really ramp it up a bit. Pillows were too soft, none were firm. Walls seem thin, we heard conversations all night long until we cranked up the AC unit then we couldn't hear the tv. I had a wonderful stay. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. For internationals that do not wish to drive: it is difficult in getting taxi to and from the hotel. Maybe considerations should be given to offering a shuttle service.Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The compressor cycled off and then on every 15-20 minutes and the noise interrupted sleep. Minor […] issue ( and I do mean minor) was that the excellent breakfast items (waffles, sausage juices, coffee etc) were removed right at the end of the breakfast period EXACTLY 10am. Its very reasonable to shut the access doors at 10am but off you arrived at 9:50 you had better get what you wanted ASAP because as the clock struck 10am nearly everything disappeared at the blink of eye. Yes the room has a smoke detector, but the bathroom does not. They probably closed the door, ran the exhaust fan, and puffed away. -staff forgot to replenish […] the 4 bath towels one day. They took the dirty ones but left no clean ones. I called the front desk and the situation was immediately corrected. I would not even mention this, but the hotel charges you $9.00 for a missing bath towel, so I was fearful I would be charged for four of them when in fact it was housekeeping that failed to leave them -the usual chaotic continental breakfast (CB) scene, revealing humanity at its worst. People are rude when they are hungry and you saw it at this hotel's CB too. People cutting in front of you, standing in front of the coffee pot to add cream/sugar when they could easily step aside and let someone else pour. I blame the hotels a little too since they make no attempt to impose any civility to the whole affair. Could use a rope that forced a line, aka disney world style, for example. We usually don't do the continental breakfast for exactly this reason. Read more

This is a great hotel right off the Florida turnpike in South Miami. I got a top-notch modern, clean, comfortable room, excellent service, and a great hot breakfast ... everything was the quality I'd expect from a room that cost almost twice as much in a City like Miami. The room had all the amenities... hairdryer, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, […] free wi-fi that worked great, alarm clock, nice furniture, a couch and a huge comfy king-size bed. The room and hotel were very clean and everything was in great working order. The breakfast had all the usual cold hotel breakfast room food, plus hot eggs and meat, a waffle maker, an a good assortment of fresh fruits and yogurts. A worker kept everything fresh and full, and a manager was checking the breakfast room as well. The hotel is nestled in a shopping center that had a Publix grocery story, a CVS drugstore, a liquor store, a couple decent little sit-down restaurants, plus a couple fast food places. All you had to do was walk across the parking lot.
