Not up to a 5 star standard. Linen not changed after 3 days, despite the notice in the bathroom to that effect. Bins not emptied for 2 days. Face cloths removed but not replaced for full duration of stay, 4 nights. No non smoking area in the lobby. No free wifi in the rooms.

You have to pay for Internet in your room and no free breakfast. Otherwise a great hotel. We got a smoking deal on the rooms. It is in a modern area near the entrance to Old Town. Don't expect to be right in Old Town unless you don't mind walking through a maze of tourist traps, small malls, and a lot of unsavory people. I'd recomment staying at the Main Hilton (much nicer) and taking a cab to any locations you want to visit. While the staff in the Old Town Hilton were very helpful and accomadating, it really didn't have the […] feel of what you'd expect from a Hilton. Stay in an Executive level room. OUR STAY HERE WAS GREAT....PRAGUE IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY. THE HOTEL IS JUST AS NICE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD IN OUR ENTIRE FOUR DAY STAY WAS THE LAUNDRY SERVICE.... TOO EXPENSIVE, AND IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT ASKING THE PRICE FIRST. EXAMPLE: THREE SHIRTS AND TWO PAIR OF PANTS WAS $114.00 U.S. DOLLARS. MAYBE THE PRICES SHOULD BE EXPLAINED.

For our first visit to Prague, I was concerned about a local hotel. Fortunately the Hilton in Old Town was a great experience and allowed us to explore the city for the first time. From the arrival to the parking garage under the hotel to our departure, the experience was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, we were given a very comfortable corner room […] which was big enough for all 3 of us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and worth it. The concierge recommended some great restaurants which we tried and hooked us up on one of the local guided tours. After long days on our feet, it was relaxing to come back to the hotel. Wifi in your room is 25 Euro. The buffet breakfast is an additional 25-30 Euro. But if you are going to stay in a Prague Hilton stay in this one - Old Town Prague. The other hotel is more expensive and the rooms are trashed!

My husband and I spent 3 nights, first time in Prague. The hotel and concierge and bell employees were very friendly. The room was nice and the location was excellent! I would recommend this hotel.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with our stay, however, the first day there I was tying my shoes and noticed a used condom just under the bed (thankfully before one of my dogs found it). I was pretty disgusted, but my husband cleaned it up. I talked to the front desk in a very calm tone and leaned in to be discreet, but all I got was a "Sorry" and […] a giggle. I wasn't that amused. Other than that the hotel was nice, the internet surcharge is expensive for a full 24 hours, free wifi is available in the lobby. My husband and I travel quite a bit with our dogs, and just as an FYI to others that do the same, there is not a good area within walking distance for your dog to relieve themselves. (Not the hotel's fault, just a heads up). Read more

The cost of breakfast at the hotel was riduculously high especially for the poor quality. Charging 25 euro/day for internet was ridiculous as well. Both detract from the overall service at the hotel. Staff and concierge service was good and friendly.

The Front Desk and Lobby staff were exceptional. Most notably, when we checked out, one of the bellman drove us to the airport in his personal vehicle because the car service we had booked failed to show up, and the city taxis were too small for a family of four with luggage. Great guy! The location is great - a few minutes walk to Old Town Square and […] a few more minutes to Charles Bridge. We took a tram once up to the castle, but even walked back from there easily. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom fixtures/amenities comparable to nice US hotels. The housekeeping staff are like ninjas - I never actually saw them, but our room was miraculously ready and clean whenever we needed it to be. Some minor negatives - The bar and restaurant are pricey compared to what is available in town. The pool/sauna area was disappointingly small and subject to rowdy children (we were there between Christmas and New Years, so that's not surprising). In all, will definitely look into this hotel for my next trip to Prague. Read more

the hotel is nice, well located, to most of the sights. walking distances. nice staff. the pool and spa will be reopen end of october, morning buffet ok. got a letter of invitation to diner at the restaurent, it's not an invite, you have to pay for it.

Any American would be happy with this property. I rate a hotel on how good I can sleep which includes, the bed, A/C. how clean the room is and most important above anything else, is it quiet. I was able to sleep with the window open all three nights on a weekend in high season and didn't hear one noise until the pigeons woke up in the morning. Great location. We actually walked from the train station in less than ten minutes. And the location of a direct shuttle to the airport just outside the hotel was another big plus for convenience since it ran every 30 minutes and no need for a reservation. Across the street was a grocery store for snacks, wine, cheese, etc. The hotel provide two free […] internet computers across from the check in desk which was nice since we didn't have out laptop with us.
