Hotel and room very clean with a great room setup. Only drawback was room was suppose to have king size bed and wound up with 2 doubles, hotel staff not very friendly when asked if we could be changed, then wanted to put 3 couples on 3 different floors so we kept the doubles. Other than that great experience.

Very nice hotel. A little awkward to find as it is tucked back behind some other buildings and the access "roads" are more like driving through a parking lot and/or alley way. Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable for the price. But my room was on the first floor next to where the staff's business area or cleaning closet, and they were loud! Didn't get much sleep in the morning because I kept hearing them laugh, talk, and slamming doors. I would stay there again, just not have that floor.

The room was very spacious and clean. Employees were helpful and friendly. Big flat screen TV was great. Breakfast was OK, a bit under supplied - only grape jelly the first day and only blueberry bagels (no plain) the second day. The Starbucks coffee was brewed pretty weak.

The airport Hyatt Pittsburgh was in a great location. I thought it would have been closer to the airport and real noisy but it wasn't at all. It was 20 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the First Niagra Pavillon. The free breakfast was good and a there where a lot more options than just toast and juice! I got this room on short notice (1 week) so this is minor. I told the hotels.com lady over the phone that I had the wife and 4 kids so I was expecting a bigger room. We got 2 double beds (not queen) and a fold out couch. The overall size of the room was ok for 2 or 3 people. There is only one tv. The hotel staff was very helpful making sure we got extra […] pillows and towels. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They also have an indoor pool for the kids to play in. Excellent front desk staff, large rooms, good breakfast and yes its in a parking lot but its a great location. Every major restaurant chain is across the back lot, including great stores. It was a quick trip in and out of the city to see the sights. We would stay here again..

We previously stayed at the Hyatt Regency right at the airport, and I hated it. So when I found out that the Hyatt Place at the Airport has 1) free parking, 2) free breakfast (better than what you'll get from Hampton's or Holiday Inn Express or Marriott's continental breakfast), 3) free wi-fi, 4) free business center with free printing, and 5) in-room […] refrigerator, we booked it. We loved it! Another bonus that it has is the sitting room area that has a sofa bed. Other features about this hotel, which we did not use, include the shuttle service that will take you to anywhere within a 5-mile radius and the 24/7 kitchen that will cook up something for you. I was traveling with three boys. The only thing that I could complain about is that their dishwasher doesn't seem to clean the glasswares too well: one out of two glasses had either a stain or food stuck to it. I booked this stay in February. We are a family of 8. Booked 2 rooms and requested side by side rooms. This information was on the confirmation page. I called the hotel a week prior to the stay to be sure we would be side by side. Then called the hotel again on the date of our stay with the same request . Hotel representative told us our two rooms were […] not side by side but were diagonal from one another. Imagine our surprise when we were put on different floors! We did not check in until late and everyone was so tired we had no energy to argue about it! We have small children and take turns watching them while others shower etc. we could not do this while on different floors! This would have been such an easy request to honor! We traveled with 5 children, ages 2 mos to almost 9 yo. The room fit us all without a problem and the hotel had a port-a-crib set up at no extra fee. The hotel was small enough to not make going to the pool or for breakfast a task and there was a great veriety within the complimentary breakfast. Stayed here following a Pirates game. Location was great, about a 10 minute drive, and surrounded by many restaurants and places to shop also. This Hyatt Place is basically in the rear of a strip mall in a commercial area . Consequently, we had a poor view from our window. The air conditioning was a bit inadequate. Staff was very confusing when they explained the credit card policy. No one understood what is a very simple policy. My party stressed needlessly because the explaination given was more legal-ese rather than simple language. Other wise all was OK. Comfy bed, good night sleep. Quiet.

Very nice people working at the desk. The front desk helped me in many ways. The room it self was very clean. The only thing I could say that could have been better was the fact that you could not watch there local sports on tv. Because they did not cover them. So I think they should up date this. Other then that it was a very nice place to stay.

The area the hotel is located in was good. Close to expressway and multiple retail locations. However the actual location was odd. It was easy to miss and in the rear truck loading area of Kohl's. My biggest complaint is that Hyatt's policy for assigning you a room is based on what is available at time of check-in not what you booked.
