This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, the service was top class with wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast buffet was superb. If we are ever back in Fort Lauderdale we will definitely stay here.

We chose this hotel from all the choices on Hotels.com because the review rating was so high and the price was one of the least expensive for the Ft. Lauderdale area. We have stayed all over Florida in many different chains and this Hyatt Place won our heart! The staff, the building, the rooms and the location are exceptional and this company needs to be awarded for their customer service! We will now try to stay at a Hyatt property every where we go!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room layout was great and very clean. The only complaint is the quality of the mattress. If its just for 1 person and only for 1 or two nights its okay.

Our stay was wonderful. The employees were all so gracious and helpful. The rooms were larger than normal, with a livingroom (pull out couch)area and large 42" plasma tv, a wet bar with a little fridge and sink and very clean and quiet. Needless to say we were very impressed.

Consistently good as usual. Very comfortable, well kept, amenity filled and trendy. Spacious room with sitting area, huge flatscreen TV, comfortable bed, what more could you ask for if you have to be on the road? I will stay here every time considering the value exceeds the price. Wherever I go, I always try to stay at a Hyatt Place hotel. They are always clean and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast is great too! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this Hyatt Place in Plantation. We spent our honeymoon there and keep coming back!

Decent addition to the Hyatt chain, the Hyatt Place group tried to style it up. This location is not close to FLL (12 miles), however. The rooms are fine, except that the AC blows strongly and directly on the bed, so be sure the blankets are handy.

I was very pleased with my stay, the staff was very good and the room was great. The only issue I had was with the A/C, it would kick on and sounded like a jet engine. I tried to turn it down, but didn't have much luck. The tv was great, real HD on a big tv, when your on the road and want to watch your hometown team it really made the difference.

The only problem is the room wireless internet connection ... they really need to improve this ... to get connection I had to move my laptop all over the room and finally, standing next to the door I was able to get something. At the desk, no connection at all.

I had never been to a Hyatt Place again, but I will definitely look for them when I travel for work in the future. The room was well laid out and comfortable. The best part was the 24 hour cafe service and the complimentary continental breakfast - a life saver for a business traveler with no time for breakfast buffets. Plus the continental breakfast had healthy stuff, not just pastries. I was able to grab breakfast each morning plus a snack for later. The fitness center was a bit cramped. It had cardio equipment and only token weight equipment but on a business trip, that's all I need. The cardio equipment were all of the latest model - with integrated cable tv's, a nice touch. I was traveling around spring break for college students and judging from the number of students I saw, I would say the Hyatt was popular with leisure travelers too.

overall the rooms was nice however they forget to do somothing with the showers, breakfast the melon was on the verge of sour, line for the taoster was way to long seems they wanted you to opt to pay for breakfast which was an option. But the TV was nice as were the furniture and the beds. We would stay again if we were in the area.

The hotel has a small bar with a very limited menu. The food does not come out as described on the menu, often missing one or two ingredients. Fortunately there is a good resturant within 100 yds of the hotel's entrance. The free breakfast does hold its own.

My room was located across from the elevator and the noise of people talking and of the cleaning crew doing their work in the morning by the elevator made it difficult to sleep in the morning. There should be more sound deadening no the rooms by the elevator. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel.

We will stay here again or one in the chain. Great room at a terrific price. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

The room was very spacious. Nicely decorated and the TV was huge. Parking was easy with 4 entrances, 3 with room key access. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be happy. I was pleased with my overall experience.
