After reading several reviews on this hotel, I decided to book us a room and I am very glad I did. The room's design makes it larger than regular hotel rooms and I really liked that. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of pillows, the room was very clean, the bathroom spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet though the waffles were frozen(reheated) […] and not "make your own". The location is great especially having the hotel sitting back off busy International Drive. This Hyatt Place hotel follows all the brand's standards. A clean location, great service in all the areas, a good breakfast with a wide selection and nice swimming pool in the back of the property. I have been there twice in a year just because of that. The only problem is that their wi-fi is not good; the signal is not strong enough in some areas […] and the speed is really slow, even in those areas with strong signal. We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and it was awesome. Nice, clean little hotel with comfortable room and great service. Breakfast was above expectation. It has the feel of a boutique hotel but yet has all the comforts of a regular hotel. Really enjoyed the late snacks or dinners in our room. 24 hour food and beverage service!

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. It is in a very convenient location right on I-Drive next to numerous shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable, modern and much nicer than I expected. Staff was very friendly checking in and out. Friend recommended to me and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the hotel floors outside the room. There were an unacceptable amount of crumbs in the elevator, first floor hallways, and in the dining area. I was especially disappointed that there was not a person to continually sweep the floors in the dining area. Also, the "soft" pillows were not comfortable. […] They need to clean the glass doors near the pool. The pool area did not look inviting. Hire better cleaning staff ASAP!!!!! Keep everything clean. We had a wonderful 4 nights at this hotel. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and at breakfast every morning. The hotel was perfectly located in walking distance of several different restaurants, night life and amusement parks. The only down part was that they didn't come in and make the beds each morning. This is the second time we have stayed at Hyatt Place. Wonderful service, comfortable, clean rooms. The only thing it's missing is a hot tub by the pool. The hotel is located close to great restaurants and shops. The shampoo provided smells amazing, and the beds are so comfortable, you just want to curl up under the covers and never leave.

We checked in close to 11pm and still had friendly and quick service. The room was a good size and very clean. We walked to a nearby store/resturant and there was plenty to do late night for both kids and adults. Delicious breakfast included and free parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We were there for a trade show at the convention center, and everybody was happy with their stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. Location was great, right on International Drive. Shuttle buses to and from the convention center, and the free breakfast was a plus.

Overall this is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. My teenage son and I shared a room that was big enough for the two of us. The bathroom is a bit small, but I'll take the large living room area over a big bathroom. The large sofa in the living area plus the super size swizzle t.v. were my son's […] favorite. We spend one weekend per month in Orlando, and have been looking for a "home" hotel that we can book over and over again with no guess work. We found it in the Hyatt Place. When I walked in, the desk clerk that checked me in was awesome. After checking me in, he walked around the desk, and personally pointed out all of the areas in the hotel he felt […] I would like or need. Walking into the room was a dream. So clean and comfortable with an air of home. The bed was the perfect mix of firm with a wonderful pillowtop. The large TV is visible from both the bed and the sofa without an issue. The complimentary internet service is strong, and never went out the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good, great coffee offered 24/7. But the absolute BEST asset at the hotel is the staff. The breakfast cook was so polite asking if there was anything he could do for me. The desk clerks asked what our plans were for the weekend, and they actually seemed interested. Even the gentleman cleaning up in the lobby area smiled and asked how we were doing. We will be visiting the Hyatt place every month for the foreseeable future. The wife and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was large and very clean. It had nice large screen TV. The hotel is right off International Drive and in walking distance to many places to eat and hang out. We went dancing Saturday night and didn’t have to worry about driving back.
