I couldn't believe this was so close to the airport. I had a beautiful view and we didn't hear one airplane the whole time we were there. The staff was great. I would recommend to others and I would stay there again!

The room was nice and clean, the double beds were comfortable but a little small. Double queens should have been much nicer though the fit was already tight with the doubles. The tv is in an odd place. Right between the bed area and living area. All the family could not watch the tv comfortably or clearly... And The the toilet was clogged. Asked for […] a plunger so we could use the bathroom and none came. After 20 min of waiting I got a hold of a house keeper and asked her for one. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods and drinks but fell short again as all my daughter likes is hot chocolate but there was none to be found. Id imagine the hotel is nice for a couple or with older kids but it wasn't for us. Read more

1. Was not able to control the room temperature. Room got too cold, the after adjusting the thermostat, got too hot ... back and forth all night 2. Couch was uncomfortable. My clothes picked up hair from the couch. 3. There was no microwave. 4. Finding the hotel was another ordeal; seemed like going through a maze of right and left turns

I gave the 4 for surrounding area as it is an airport hotel. Many other hotels in the area, very convenient to the Interstate and the airport. Great for an overnight when traveling thru or catching a flight. Not close to parks or shops if this is what you are looking for. The breakfast is very good and the staff is excellent.

NICE HOTEL. I WENT THROUGH EXPEDIA AND ENDED UP WITH TWO RESERVATIONS BUT THE HOTEL REFUNDED ONE OF THEM. RIGHT NEAR THE AIRPORT AND STILL VERY QUIET. ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Everything was excellent, until we tried to use the sink and could not release the water from the basin. The stopper was not attached to the release lever, and we had to pull the stopper by hand which was difficult because it was flush with the retainer ring. It took several minutes to get it out with our hands in dirty water.

This hotel is very accommodating with a 24 hour snack bar and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. They allowed me to park my car in their lot for a small $10 fee while I traveled out of the country. This hotel is close to the airport and they supply a free airport shuttle. I could not make any recommendations...everything was perfect!

The room was very very spacious. The bedding was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. It took us only a minute to check in and even less to check out. The staff was very friendly and polite. The amenities are pretty awesome. No indoor pool, but everything else they offer made me feel somewhat pampered. They did have a complimentary […] breakfast. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a little annoying (by way of unpredictability), but they made up for it. I was also a bit taken aback by the appearance of the tub. It was showing either age or shoddy workmanship.

They didn't clean our room and didn't give us clean towels so we had to go and ask for clean towels and at check out I asked why they didn't clean our room all they said was nothing not even to say sorry the person I was talking to just walked away.
