Perfect location, fantastic FRIENDLY service, pool area was very clean and stocked with towels, and the rooms are great! The extra living space (with pull out bed) was so nice, especially having kids along. Huge flat screen tv, comfortable beds, and very clean. Cant say enough about this place!

Nice amenities in the room, even a tube of toothpaste. Lots of space in the room. Wide-screen HDTV. Easy check-in, check out, even gave me Hyatt reward points, although that's not usual with bookings through Hotels.com. Breakfasts are way above the norm. Beer & Wine available at the bar.

Overall great place to stay, great location and nice hotel. Down sides,,, no hot tub (there is a pool) but I was upset to find no hot tub. Also it was a bit of a divinchi code expadition trying to find the ice machine.

I have stayed here at lease five times now. During this trip, I stayed in three other hotels. This is by far the best. The beds are wonderful. They did not go for the cheap when choosing mattresses. I love the large flat screen TV, and the large L-shaped sofa/hide-a-bed. There is a fridge and sink to prepare food too. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are super roomy. In fact probably compares to some of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Vegas. The female that checked us in was not too pleasant and after driving 7 hours to get to Boise, we needed to check in and change to get to function we were there to attend, we were told we could not check in until […] after 3 p.m. This was very inconvenient. A girlfriend and I stayed here for a concert. The room was great. Spacious and it had a living room area with a couch and a mini bar which was perfect for us. It was clean and modern. We ordered room service at about 4 am and it arrived pretty quick and was good. I would stay at this hotel again if we are ever in the Boise area.

Your website stated they were pet friendly, however when we arrived the Hyatt stated it would be a $150.00 non refundable charge for our 8 lb pet to stay. We were lucky we had relatives in town that allowed us to leave the dog with them. The next morning when the front desk asked about our visit - I stated I was disturbed that we could not have the […] dog there. She said we could - only it was a $200. non refundable charge. At check-in I was told that $200 would be held on my card because I am a local and they have had locals destroy rooms. Not a great start. If they trained the staff to better handle this policy, it would be helpful. Also, I booked on hotels.com and it isn't stated there. Booked a king room, paid already on hotels.com. Front desk kid told me that they […] didn't have anymore king rooms(he had to call someone to make it happen) I still wasn't sure what happened there but we did get the king room, room 107. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and it was contected to the light switch. Went swimming in the pool and had to let the front desk know that they were out of towels in the pool area and I was told (by the same front desk kid) that the hotel was out of towels, the entire hotel. Then he just stared at me and I had to coax more information out of him. They were backed up on the laundry services. He said we could use the towels in our room. There were 5 of us and 3 towels??? Again he stared at me as if I might have all the answers to his life questions. I asked when he thought some towels might be ready and his answer was "I don't know", No offer to find out for me. Stayed overnight during a family shopping trip. The hotel is only about a mile from the Boise Towne Square Mall and other shopping venues. Our hotel room was on the ground floor and near the lobby but we were never disturbed by excess noise or traffic. The room was large and the staff were very accommodating. This hotel is just a little ways off the Interstate, and was clean, and the room was larger than expected. There were also plenty of Tech hookups near the rather large LCD TV, so you can hook up your laptop/ console to the screen. The bathroom was really small, but not that big of a deal. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Have 5 kids - suite was perfect size for them. Staff very accommodating - kept pool open over holiday week even though it was scheduled to close. Breakfast buffet awesome! Cleaning staff did nice little personal touches that my kids loved.
