Wonderful hotel, with great staff. Excellent rooms, service, and terrific executive floor. Located in the Marina Bay neighborhood, you can get to almost anywhere in the area under cover --- handy in the rainy season. A very good choice of hotel if you want a 5 star experience.

Surprisingly unfriendly reception, especially given the late hour I checked in. Bath towel dirty, sink would not close and sink counter blackened & chipped. Outdated control panel meant going back to the bed to turn any lights on & off. No newspaper in the morning.

Everything was perfect! Stayed on executive floor. Lounge view spectacular, pool lovely, staff incredible. Would definitely stay at Conrad's whenever possible from now on. Have stayed at hong kong Conrad as well. Also terrific!

I had some issues with furniture. Sliding doors in a wardrobe were stuck and electricity failed for three times. But it was fixed by stuff immediately. On all other cases great hotel, good facilities.

Everything about the hotel was great. There were food courts on two sides and restaurants on the third side. The Hippo (Hop-On Hop-off) office was across the street. The staff was very helpfull and there were a Starbucks and Coffee Bean within 1000 feet. We avoided the large $39Sg buffet breakfast.

The housekeeping staff, not sure of her name but she was fantastic. She kept my room very clean daily and also was able to pick up some of my habits in my 3rd days of stay, such as the time that I'm usually out of hotel, the location where I liked my newspaper with a bottle of water nearby, and even how I liked to have pillows arranged and return later in the evening to fill up my ice bucket for my drinks. It's little thing but I was totally impressed because they actually took time to provide me with the level of comfort that I wasn't expecting. Everything was great overall, but no hotel is ever perfect so I will also provide items I felt as needs for improvement. For one thing, the bathroom have no outlet for hairdryer and have to use the outlet in the mini-bar outside the bathroom. It's kind of a strange arrangement. And for the week, I have noticed the allocation of the staff for the door are very one-sided. Sometime they have 1 staff open the door for both side of the building, but later in the evening they have 2 or 3 staff in the taxi area of the building with none on the other side. It's not a big deal but you can't help but think why the guest on the other side was greeted with 2 to 3 staff while this side have none. We visited for 2 nights in early january 2012 after visiting bali and malaysia; this last leg of our trip we were a little tired, and the hotel was great for easy resting and wonderful views of downtown or the Singapore flyer. They offer everything from jogging maps to free shoe shines to a turndown service that includes bed slippers and a towel placed […] at the bedside. The hotel is high class, with beautiful ambiance and decor, 5 people greeting you at the door, a very helpful concierge and reliable taxi service. That being said, the hotel itself was a little too business-oriented and formal for our tastes, however, and we could have done for a little bit more couple-friendly service and prices. Food and internet service are significantly pricey; though, this was true for most of the restaurants and shops in the area. For location, though there is easy access to the metro, and it is close to the marina, this hotel is not great for easy nearby access to chinatown, little india, arab street, or the orchard mall shopping district. You can get there from this hotel, but its not in its immediate vicinity. Overall an excellent hotel that, though expensive, did live up to its price tag in service and atmosphere. Read more

This was my first time in Singapore and what a fabulous city and hotel! The room was gorgeous with every possible amenity. I was greeted by an assortment of fruit and a Conrad stuffed animal. There's a 42" TV with awesome stereo sound and volume control in the bathroom -- they even keep the remote in a leather "wallet." Bed is extremely comfortable […] with big fluffy down pillows. If you don't like the pillows they have a pillow "menu" in the room with a choice of -- I kid you not -- over 10 different pillow types. Desk has stapler, paper clips, even a ruler. They've thought of everything you need ... and even plenty you don't need. Six stars? It really is. According to my cab driver there are five or so hotels that have been rated by the Singapore government as six star. He rattled them off by heart. And the amazing thing is that the price was really reasonable compared to others. I'm not sure why it was such a good price. The location isn't right on Orchard Ave like many of the others, but it's still super convenient with awesome views out toward the harbor. It's walkable to most areas if you can bear the heat & humidity;otherwise, cabs are so cheap in Singapore, it's super easy to get around. Oh, and by the way, the service was impeccable, friendly and courteous. This is truly one of my favorite in-city hotels! Read more

We stayed for several nights after our cruise from Sydney. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. This was the first time we've ever been escorted to our room by the person who checked us in to any hotel. The beds are pretty high, while my tall husband didn't have any problems, this was a little difficult for me. We asked about […] a step and one was promptly delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and excellent. One could easily tell they are used to accommodating the wishes of travelers from all over the world. Conrad centennial is located near suntech mall and an mrt station Concierge service is excellent. Recommended lots of great places to visit and eat. When we missed our flight, they were able to find and book a flight for us and delivery the confirmation to our room within 30mins.

Maybe I'm too easily impressed, but this hotel impressed me beyond words. The service was spectacular every step of the way. The room was beautiful---not a thing was overlooked. The TV/radio even played in the bathroom, so I didn't have to miss a thing. I want to fly 19 hours back to Singapore just to stay at this hotel again. For longer this time.

Everything about the hotel was great except that: 1. front desk said they would call me when a room was ready but didn't 2. I booked in January for a May trip and they could not give me a king size bed as specified. But I liked the area, very near the airport and the convention center.

After travelling 13 hours, we had speedy check in, much earlier than expected. A 5 star service in a 5 star hotel. A lovely welcome, a bowl of fruit & a box of chocolates. Choosing the Conrad Centennial Hotel for our one week stay in Sngapore is the best decision we made. The hotel is very well kept and very clean, service and concern for customer satisfaction is impeccable and location is excellent. Even local resident's refer to the Conrad as a very good hotel. Reception did her very best to get exactly the room we were looking for and went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our choice, The room itself was immaculate and had a wonderful view over Singapore. The facilities were again, excellent with a fair-sized […] fitness centre and good-sized pool. The breakfast buffet was again excellent (that word again), with a diverse range of food from western to Asian, which was great to see (and eat!).
