Only one person at the desk and had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchenette had something sticky leaking out of regfrigerator onto the floor. This was a smoking room, but had some other odd smell to it, so had to open windows to air it out. Did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. I was surprised and disaponited that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer, or lotion in the roon bare bones to the max. I could have come prepared but that has never happened to me. Is this the polocy of all Extended Stay's?

Enjoyed ESA for an overnight stay prior to moving out of state. Hotel is near everything. Starbucks, restaurants, shopping... Room was nice and clean. Loved the kitchenette. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was the most loud hotel I have stayed in. The people in the room above were up the entire night, stomping around and being loud and we got no sleep. The rooms surrounding were loud as well. THe bed was hard as a rock and the pills no better. The towels were small and very thin. The hallways stunk but the room did […] not. I arrived late due to a flight delay, and the front door was locked. I was unable to raise anyone by using the provided phone in the entryway or on my cell phone. I was about to give up when a person wandered by the front desk area to let me in. No food left at breakfast facility. Food was not replaced. I could have had breakfast included at another location for same price. Noise room upstairs late at night, baby crying and can here loud footsteps from upstairs. Not a good experience

Our house was being fumigated for termites so we had to find an economical place to stay that we could take our pet also. Extended Stay was very convenient, and about 2/3 the price of Marriott Residence Inn. It was also close by, so that was a bonus. One of the cabinet drawers behind the counter was broken and hanging crooked. The check in area does not compare to any other hotel check in. Our room was clean and satisfactory, but if you were staying there without anything else to do, it was very confining. Would be nice for a small patio or balcony, or common outside area to hang out. One of our kitchen cabinets had a broken shelf and one of the stove burners did not work. I reported this to the front desk as well as the cleaning staff at check out, but i don't think that they were that interested to hear or do anything about it. When my husband asked if they did a check of our room before we left to make sure that everything was OK the reposnse he got was ' that is why we have your credit card #'. really? Toilets were clogged, water overflowed and we were not transferred to a different room right away. Instead we were given a plunger so we can clean it up ourselves.

What I didn't like about the room I was in I had to go to the front desk to have work order made for tv and shower the shower was makeing. Noise not only in my room but in other room so who ever did tryed to take a shower it made noise like u was in a submarine so if u was sleep u was woke up are u would have to waite utill they finish
