Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

We were traveling to another city but decided to spend one night in Branson. We were extremely tired when we arrived and eager to get checked in ASAP. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. We were in our room quickly and found it clean and comfortable. "Impressed with the Service"
We were kept awake one night by a very LOUD family next door with kids. Finally, when they had not settled down at 1AM, I called the front desk. The night manager answered and said he would take care of the problem and was on his way to their room. Sure enough, within about one minute, we saw a complete improvement and could go to sleep.
