The room phone was not working but I had a bill of $14 charged. The manager waived it off though. Good hotel, but be wary of charges that may creep up everywhere...

Great space. Could stand some updating, especially carpet. Funny smell in hallway. Nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Refrigerator did have an ice maker, but it was not turned on and it is slow to make ice. Ice machine was only in building 4, so it can be a bit of a walk. Take ice container from freezer to get your ice since there […] is no bucket in room. Very small bath. Huge walk-in closet. Beware! There is only one building with an elevator. Great concept. It's like renting a modern, furnished studio apartment for a few days. Tip: bring an HDMI cable if you want to hook up your laptop to the TV for Netflix, etc.

The hotel is exactly what I needed. The only problems I had were the shower didn't work, and they did come right away to fix, and the A/C didn't work properly. It said it was 74 in the room, but it was cooler outside even though the outside temp was 80.

Very nice extended stay hotel. Very clean, well laid out. With it had HD reception on the tv for sports, but otherwise very pleased. Price was exceptional and the staff got us into a room when we showed up early.

I love that it really did feel more like a home than just a hotel. We only stayed a couple of nights some weren't able to take advantage of all the amenities here, but it was comforting at the end of a long day to come back to our room, have a comfortable couch to sit on, a full kitchen, and a clean comfortable bed. Rooms had walk in closet and ironing […] board/iron as well. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and they even hosted a free evening social for the guests with appetizers and cocktails. My only complaints were the lack of in-room safes to store valuables and the fact that I had reserved a king studio suite and got a two doubles room (which, I suppose is an upgrade, but more difficult for my toddler to share the narrower bed). Not sure if the mix up was due to Hyatt House or Hotels.com's mistake. I'd come back again. Read more

Lots of room for 5 people. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good. I would stay in this place again. The desk clerks were very friendly and remembered our name when we walked in for breakfast.

I think it's way over rated.the hotel does not deserve the 9.00rate score.. The room is smelly ,the little sofa is full of stains and smell, and hair in the bed sheets and every where in the room,,,, not for families I had to move the next day and paid the regular rate in another hotel...don't go there ... It's got the name of Hyatt only....

Room was comfortable and clean. My problem was that the room would not cool below 70... And it was hot outside. The free breakfast was like a zoo...very crowded... We decided to have breakfast elsewhere without all the hassle...very crowded area for this large facility.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good. Our only complaint was that were on the second floor with no elevator. It wouldn't have been as bad had we not had a baby. It was hard to carry all the "baby stuff" up and down the stairs.

This is my second stay. Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast was typical of all these type hotels. fake egss with meat, there breakfast area was over-crowded. They ran out of sugar and creamer. Overall, a good stay the room is comforable and clean. Recommeded stay.

This must cater to large long term groups. The hotel was overrun by a group of hundreds who were together. We couldn't use the pool. We didn't get breakfast. And the folks in our hall were loud and raucous all night. Not a good first impression of Hyatt House.

Staff was friendly, room was great, especially room size and quality of the bed! Got a great nights sleep. Very clean property, nice pool area with grill. We did not use grill, but did use the pool area and ordered pizza and ate and swam all evening. I would definitely stay again and recommend it for anyone, especially families. Was clean. Soft beds. Kitchenette. Hot breakfast. Updated rooms. Good for family's with kids. Large rooms. King bed with pull out couch that has a room divide to give you and the kids some privacy. Small pool. Laundry facilities. Close to freeway for travel to Plano and Dallas. Very pleased with stay. I would stay again.
