We were visiting our children and grandchildren nearby and had my mother with us for the weekend. The suite was ideal for having a third person on the sleep sofa in a separate area. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. The only negative thing was I had requested a quiet room away from road noise and they put us in a room right next to the noisy elevator.

I want to give a secial note of appreciation to Jennifer. Just days before I was to arrive, I noticed the email from Homewood Suites showed confirmation for only one room. I called the hotel directly as I had made my reservation online through Hotels.com. and was told no reservation could be found for me....at all. Jennifer assured me she would look […] into the matter and call me back. Within MINUTES she called and explained that hotels.com uses different confirmation numbers than Homewood Suites and I did, in fact, have two rooms. She was friendly and very professional. I was gratified to see her smiling face behind the desk when I checked inseveral days later. Our stay started off with very friendly front desk staff. (We actually needed something heated in an oven. I was suprised when there was only a micro in the room. I mentioned this to the front desk and they went out of their way to warm up our item in the hotel oven. They even cut it up and put it on plates for us. I was blown away by that!) Clean, good size suite! We had twin 3yr old boys and a baby in a pack&play. The crib fit easily in the bedroom and the boys slept on the pull out couch. The staff are wonderful! Much appreciation and respect to the housekeepers. Our room was very clean. I have stayed at many hotels throughout my travels and this is one of the cleanest rooms ever! No dust, no hair, no bugs...anywhere! I pay attention to detail and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The front desk staff also add to […] the hotel's great atmosphere as they are friendly and welcoming. For instance, when I wanted dish soap to wash a few dishes instead of running the dishwasher, a staff person (Rich) went above and beyond to obtain and deliver dish liquid soap to our room. He made two trips to pur room to ensure our satisfaction. The next morning another staff person greeted us with cheer as we ate a filling breakfast. I think the hotel would be a 5-star if robes, sleepers, shower caps and dish detergent were available in the rooms. Aside from these miscellaneous items, our room was modern and cozy. The staff- especially Jimmy and Patty were wonderful... So accommodating and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet daily, fantastic Happy hour M-Thur with great food. The staff was welcoming & helpful from the beginning. The room (a king suite) was perfect for our family of 3. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with many little things (microwavable popcorn, ice maker were among our favorites) available. We had 1 problem with 2 channels being unavailable for the 1st night of our stay; the clerk tried to fix it […] that night we mentioned it (couldn't) and offered us a free movie (which we declined since we knew we wouldn't use it this trip). My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved that there were basically 2 rooms, a living area and then the bedroom and bathroom attached through double doors. There was a kitchenette equiped with whatever you would need - silverware, dishes, papertowels, a microwave, a coffeemaker, etc., 2 large flatscreen tvs, a large king-size very comfortable […] bed. The breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious! They provided sausage, eggs, potato pancakes, french toast, homemade waffles, fruit, cereals, breads, bagels, 3 different juices, coffee...just a really great breakfast to start your day! The suite was very roomy. We had teenagers and our dog, the staff could not have been more friendly. Very satisfied with the hotel but the train ride to philly seemed to take forever. It took us atleast 45 minutes to get there. The staff at Homewood Suites really made her party a success. When I checked in, all of the luggage carts were taken so the gentleman at the Convenience Shop came out to help me carry in our luggage. Very nice hotel we are a family of 7 and they had rooms to hold us all. They have free breakfast every morning which made things nice and fast for us. The only bad thing I can say is the pull out bed was not very good but none are. But I would tell everyone to stay there.

Stayed here while I was volunteerin at the AT&T National golf tournament for thre nights. It was only quick 15 minutes to the course. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable. The front desk people and the managers were friendly and helpful. My issues were the poor amount of cable channels. I get more channels staying in a hospital than there. […] I wanted to watch the golf channelafter spending a day at the course only to find no golf channel. The manager appologized and said they were in the process of upgrading the service, didn't help me during mystay! The other issue was the breakfast buffet. The food was not hot, barely warm. Plus it was not set up whan I went down before another day of volunteering at the course. The waffle maker was not ready on two of the three mornings I was there, and the last day, it was crowded and they only had one maker to hanle 50 people! They did have a light snack buffet when I arrived Thursday which was nice, didn't expect it, had beer on tap so I didn't have to tap into my supply, but no golf channel to enjoy it with! My family (self, hubby, 3yr old and 18m old boys) stayed for two nights in May 2011. The staff was very nice. Each person was accomodating and friendly. This was our first stay but I was impressed with how well the staff remembered prior guests and was very engaging in their conversations with them. We made special requests during our stay (extra towels, […] blankets, food allergy questions, et cetera) each were met with pleasantries and kindness. The room definately fit our needs. With two active boys it is easy to feel cramped and crowded in a hotel room - and we did not feel that way here. We had enough room in the bedroom to set up their pack and play and toddler sized cot. The rooms felt clean and looked clean. In room ameneties were nice. The bed was comforable. The kitchenette is always a nice feature for a traveling family. We asked for additional chairs so that there would be room for us to sit down as a family. The continental breakfast was great! I felt as though there were plenty of options for everyone. The food was fresh. Hot and cold items available. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold! There was ample parking available and the hotel is located in a quiet area. We used the pool one night. The area felt cared for and clean. One thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the lack of channels available for my kids. Fortunately we had a busy weekend and that didn't matter so much. Appears to be an older but refurbished property. Two rooms-- suite setup, very nice, with kitchen, couch, 2 tv's, full bath; workout room has 1 elliptical and 2 treadmills, some weights. Breakfast is good-- served in an inside or outside atrium setting, with TV. Rooms are pretty big. Only complaint is that the A/C was aimed right at the bed.
