Hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. However, they did not clean rooms daily. Also, was not satisfied with smoking on the floor with no-smoking rooms. The hallways smelled of smoke. When i complained to front desk, they told me nothing they could do about it!

I was dissappointed with my stay at this hotel. We orginally booked rooms with 2 beds, only to find the rooms had one bed and pullout sofa. the mattress on the pullout sofa had several stains, which is very unsanitary. the hotel was fully booked therefore we could not change rooms. the garbage disposal was broken causing the sink to clog up each time […] you tried to use it. there were no sheets for pullout bed in the room, we had to call the front desk and go and get them ourselves, and the hotel had no extra blackets at all, so we had to take a blanket from the regular to put on the pullout. I was in RI for my a graduation, and I don't think I would stay here again. Read more

We had a late check in and the lady at the desk was very helpful and responsive. The room was nice. My wife and 3 children had plenty of room in the two double beds with the pull out couch. The room was great for the price and included the mini kitchen, etc. It was a great bargain that included a lot of amenities for a great low price. The only negative was the landscaping crew that woke me up early and covered my car in the parking lot with a layer of lawn debris after I had just washed it!

There was dirt in the corners on the bathroom floor and I found the previous guest dirty socks under one of the beds. Stayed here to be close to Providence. Was about a 10 minute ride to downtown Providence. Very accessible off the highway and welcoming staff. Would probably be a nice place to stay for a few days.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a reasonable price. My only con was that there was no ice machine. There is an ice maker in the room's freezer however you have to wait awhile for it to make ice.

I was pleasantly surprised. Apparently they've been renovating and it shows. The mini suite was tasteful and comfortable. The desk clerk helpful in printing my boarding pass and providing takeout menus. No downsides really.

Although this hotel puts "Airport" in its name, it is not very close to TF Green (or anything else of interest to a traveler). The website says it provides an airport shuttle. But when I called to ask to be picked up at the airport, I was told I needed to reserve the shuttle 24 hrs in advance. Then when I tried to advance-book an 8:15 am shuttle for […] a morning flight, I was told (around 8 am) that no one would be able to take me to the airport until 9:30. Of course I did not have an extra 75 minutes to wait, so I had to pay $9.00 for a cab. The hotel staff (who were very nice) said the problems were caused by a driver's going on vacation, but the manager should be planning around that kind of thing. Read more

When I arrived at the train station in Providence, I contacted the hotel for a shuttle ride to the hotel. I was told they only pick up at the Warwick Station. After a $35 cab ride, I was informed by the hotel that all local shuttle rides have to be scheduled 24 hours in advance, except for the airport. When I attempted to schedule a shuttle for the […] airport for the next morning, I was told that they didn't have anyone scheduled from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM noon (I had to be at the airport at 10:30). So, not only did I have to order in pizza, because I couldn't get anyone else to deliver, but I had to pay for two cab rides that I shouldn't have had. The couch in my room was dirty, as was the fridge. The breakfast was all carbs. No fruit or protein. I was unable to use the internet and the front desk staff made no effort to fix it. She simply told me to call Tech Support. I was very frustrated with my stay in this hotel and very dissatisfied. Read more
