The stay was very bad, I booked for non smoking, but when I entered the room it was filled with smoke and when I called front desk, she says just turn on th eexhaust fans. No good breakfast. Overall I willnot recommend this hotel to any one.

This was nothing to write home about, but it was sufficient for what I needed--a place to sleep and keep my stuff while I was working in the area. The front desk person was not doing a great job of keeping up and kept blaming it on the fact that she usually worked at a different location, but, for example, when I called the desk because there was no […] remote for my TV, she said she'd look for one and call me back. I had to go to the desk 20 minutes later (when all I really wanted was to get to bed) and she had not even looked for it yet. The hotel clerk was overworked being the only person there. He was nice enough but the poor guy was running all over the hotel responding to requests. Our room REEKED of curry when we entered the room. The window was already left open to get rid of the smell, but to no avail. The smell was strong. We looked throughout the room as we couldn't figure […] out what was causing the smell. We found the offensive smelling spice spattered all over the sink cabinet in the kitchenette. I wiped it down so it wouldn't smell as much. The other option was a smoking room. I chose curry. There were NO toilet paper rolls in the bathroom - NONE. Guy at the front was not to helpful. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for the guy to get off the phone with his buddy, who then stood there while another staff member had to set down a basket full of linen to come assist me. She however was VERY NICE and helpful. Room smelled like smoked, linen smelled like smoke, hall smelled like smoke, […] everything smelled like smoke. I smoke so I was somewhat disgusted and somewhat used to it but it was very strong. Room is HUGE and you have your own kitchen which helped cut the cost of dining down while I was in town for business. No oven just stove top and microwave. Utensils and pans are provided, but beware you need your own soap. TV Channels are very limited, internet is very slow, have to pay extra for daily cleaning of your room (Unless your stay is 7+days). I had to change all linen get more coffee myself for the 6 days I was there. My last two nights I was annoyed by people hanging in the parking lot. I should have called the front desk but figured hey I am on the third floor If I can hear it I know the front desk can. Nothing was done I ended up just getting used to people hanging out down there making some noise. I honestly think this is a nice hotel I just had a bad experience. My first 3 nights were decent. I wish they had a business center, pool, or some breakfast. A simple kitchen does not make up for not having any of the above. Read more

The service was good, actually too good at times. Front desk person gave me more information than I needed whenever I asked a question and I was stuck listening to her blabber on even though I had kindly said, "Thank you, that's all the information I needed". The airport is 6 miles away so a cab ride cost me $27 with tip. A little more than I thought […] it would be. The rooms in the hotel are spotless, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent! The rooms are all modern with flat screen TVs and flooring. About 15 minutes after I checked into my room, the front desk called and asked if I was satisfied with my room and if there is anything they could do to make it better (never had that happen before!). […] Also, the hotel is kind of nestled back away from the street (it is relatively quiet) and there are some excellent restaurants less than a minute away (Chipotle, Qdoba, Coldstone, etc.). However, if you are considering staying here be sure to remember shampoo. Soap is provided but a hotel sample of shampoo is $2.00 in their vending machine. I ended up going to the Walgreen's close by and got a little bottle for way cheaper. The other thing I didn't think of is that this is an extended stay and that means people cook in their rooms. The hallway got quite stinky at times because of it! I was extremely satisfied with the room, though, especially considering you basically get a small apartment for way less than any regular hotel! Requested a non smoking room. Questioned both days is we were in a non smoking rrom and was told both times we were. On the last morning found cigarette buds in the ac vent. Photographed the buds in the vent and reported to manager. Very unsanitary accommodations. Highly not recommeneded.

Motel was well kept up, clean, but there was a faint odor of cigarettes in the pillows, like they may have come from a smoking room. Overall my wife and I were very happy with the motel.

This room was perfect. Nice kitchenette. The tv was a little small and the bed wasn't very soft, but I have certainly stayed in worse rooms. The location was great for the Mall of America and the Metrodome (about a ten minute drive to MOA and 15 min to metrodome). Excellent stay overall.

There was a little soap scum in the bathroom but my overall experience was great! There wasn't a pantry in the hotel which I believe the brochure said there was, but I told my husband that the next time we are in town we are staying at this same hotel. It was a great value!

It seemed like a nice hotel from the outside. However, the staff were drones barely making eye contact as we checked in. The rooms were nice with a decent kitchen set up. However, the bed was extremely hard, it was like sleeping on plywood covered with cotten balls, the shower head was full of scum & was not happy to use it as it looked as if it hadn't […] been cleaned in over a year though the tube & the rest of the bathroom were clean. Had a good stay overall. However, others need to be A LOT more considerate of people especially at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning - do you REALLY need to shout on your phone right by my head? Air conditioner was horrible, barely worked when it did, luckily it wasn't too hot, just humid. Loved the full kitchen.

ive stayed at a lot of different hotels for a lot less money and i had clean stuff everyday. Ridiclus that house keeping comes once a week for that price i would not reccomed this for that price there is no reason to charge that much and not give you a single ammenity i will NOT be back!
