Never! Never! Again!...Was treated so poorly by Manager and staff we left a day early! I am handicaped and in wheelchair they went out of their way to make life uncomfoetable. We moved out a day early because of treatment from front desk and management. The pet friendly hotel is a joke. Hospitality is not a term this staff is aware of. I will never use this hotel or any of its partners.

This hotel was nothing like they advertise on TV. It was more like your average crumy motel that makes you feel like you don't want to touch anything in the room. I booked through Hotels.com. When I got to the hotel I was told there were no rooms. They finally found me a room. When I opened the room the heater was on full blast and the bed was messed up. I stayed at this location twice. The first time I stayed things were pretty good but this time the room was horrible. The outlet in the kitchen didn't work the toilet didn't flush properly there was no iron and the phone was broken. The floor was damp Im not sure why. I didn't complain because I was just too tired and didn't feel like running up and […] down the stairs every time I found something wrong. I took the phone to the lobby and never got a replacement. The last thing is I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my deposit back because the manager had to go to the bank which I thought was very odd because it was after 12 noon. We had to stay in Sacramento for 3 nights for an event close to Cal Expo and it met our needs. It's nothing fancy, but we were able to cook simple meals in the room to keep costs down and the nightly rate was affordable. It could be a little cleaner, but overall it worked out pretty well.

The hotel was very nice, with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. The only problem was that the floor was not cleaned as well as it could have been, There were little pieces of stuff on the floor. The wall could have more insulation between them. I would stay there again..

I stay here every week since I have to work at a nearby hospital. I like that it's just off the freeway. Also, I LOVE that they've started providing breakfast on the go in the check-in office. It includes coffee, fruit, granola bars, and oatmeal. For someone who likes to get up and go, this breakfast is for the win.

To start with, this hotel charges a deposit (when they feel like it). In the very last paragraph on the "Hotels" profile page, it does mention that the hotel requires a deposit, but not the dollar amount. That's completely unprofessional. This information should be listed under the "Notification and fees" section and made clear as day. But then again, […] I've stayed at this hotel over the years and have never been charged this deposit, which the attendant claims they've always charged. When I went to check out, the attendant had to physically check room before refunding my deposit, which took seven to ten minutes. The other guests in the lobby were upset with the wait, and so was I. It seems ridiculous to believe that they go through this process with every guest checking out. On top of all that, the woman gave me an attitude when I asked for a different room due to the strong odor in the first room. You put me in a room that smells like that and I'm the bad guy? Okay. With these types of shenanigans, I simply can not stay at this hotel again. Terrible experience. Read more

We arrived early and requested an early check in, REALLY early. They told us no problem- come back in 30 minutes. We were in our room by 9:30am! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was there.

We chose this hotel because of its location and it was very reasonably priced. My only complaint was that the room we were in was very close to a busy road and was a little noisy. I'd recommend asking for a room that is away from the main road. It was very handy having the kitchenette to make your own breakfast and the location was close to where we […] wanted to be but this hotel is located in an industrial area close to a Freeway and busy intersection. Its great if you have your own car but there's not much to see or do that is walking distance. Overall it is probably better value for money than the Hilton which it is close to. Housekeeping is only done once a week and they charge if you want extra housekeeping and additional towels, we didn't worry about this for a 2 night stay but it may be a consideration if you are planning to stay longer than a couple of nights. The hotel is very close to the HIlton. I was attending a conference at the Hilton and the room cost was less at the Extended Stay. My only complaint is the towels have to be taken to the front desk to get clean towels as there is an extra charge for maid service. Can't complain too much! Bed was missing a sheet, but they rectified it quickly. Bathroom sink was clogged and it was also rectified quickly, but soon began clogging again! Kitchen was nice, but there was no dish soap or sponge to clean up!

Overall is ok. Staff were very nice and answered my questions. Location was close to the mall, about 15 minutes walking distance. However, I had booked a non-smoking room and as I went in the room for the first time it smelled like someone had smoked in there the day before.

Overall the stay was pretty enjoyable. I did find a plastic cup behind the bed that was dirty and a plate that was half washed but other than that it was pretty clean in the room and tidy.
