I didn't check in until 8pm so I was given a room on the smoking floor. The room didn't smell like smoke, but it was classified as a smoking room. I had called in earlier to tell them I was coming in later so I had hoped I would get a better room. The room turned out to be nice, but the dog next door barked a little and the smoke from the adjoining […] room drifted in from time to time. Why do smokers have to smoke at 6am? Anyway, the room was very nice even with the smoke aspect. In the future, I will be sure to check in much earlier to get the pick of the litter and then go out to dinner afterwards. One would expect that if I have guaranteed a non-smoking room with a credit card, that I would get a non-smoking room. Read more

We spent three nights while in N.C. to attend a graduation. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The location was easy to get to, close to the freeway, but not close enough that we were bothered by any freeway noise. I would stay again.

the hotel was clean and nice, however, the walls are quite thin...could hear doors slamming and people talking all night....could even hear the man in the next room snoring....i wouldn't recommend staying there unless you are a deep sleeper...

This was a nice hotel for the rate we booked through Hotels.com. The problem was that the hotel sold our room (even though we had prepaid through hotels.com reservation system). We reserved a double room for 2 adults/2children, but had to settle for a king size bed with a rollaway. Was very cramped with the rollaway bed. The room was clean and kind of big. The bed was very comfortable. It woud have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit and read or watch TV. Since a comfortable chair was not available the only other solutipn was to sit on the bed.

Stayed 4 nights, Room was nice, but room cleaning staff only did the minimum required. Never vacuumed during the 4 nights we stayed. The staff was very professional and overall very good - if anythinng needs improvement it would be your breakfast. Also the Hotel should have at least coffee on hand for those like myself that wake up early and would rather have a few cups of coffee instead of what's in the room.

Stayed overnight for the Furthur show at the Booth Amplitheatre. The rooms were very nice and the hotel was very close to the event site. Easy in and easy out. Would definately stay there again. Also liked that it is pet friendly. There were eight in our party and we were all very pleased.

Dogs stay at this hotel. Dogs barked inside the hotel for a good three hours before the management or owner quited them down. Hotel had a dog smell especially in the hallways.

This was an excellent stay and the price was extremely reasonable. The staff were curteous and attentive to our needs. After we checked in, we received a call from management inquiring if we found everything satisfactory. I have stayed at other high end hotels and have not received this type of service. Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice layout, good art on the walls. Desk service was very good but sometimes short-staffed because of holiday? Breakfast selection the same old-same old. Housekeeping missing shampoo, etc. Not clean in corners or behind furniture. Toilet leaking part-time. Just needs better maintenance, attention to details.
